Event Reminder
Legitimate call....  This was an automated follow-up call to my report of a missed delivery of my NY Times.  They were calling me to ensure the replacement paper was delivered.

The "Call Type" choice field does not have selections for this legitimate service, so I selected "Event Reminder"

Had a problem yesterday with delivery of the Wall Street Journal (received a Chinese newspaper in place of WSJ) and did an on-line chat with WSJ circulation. They said replacement paper would arrive soon and it did!  Maybe this was a follow up call but when I answered there was dead air.

That'll teach me to answer the phone.

Our answering machine took a call from this number asking if we were satisfied with our "delivery service" Sounds like they're referring to newspaper subscription. Suspicious because we don't subscribe to a newspaper and never have since we've been at this address/phone number. Nor do we have anything else delivered.

Whoever called also needs to get a better automated phone system ? most of their recording wasn't on the answering machine message because it didn't wait until the outgoing message had finished before it began delivering its spiel. Bad engineering...

Got a call from PCF asking if I was pleased with their delivery.  I received no delivery so I have no idea what they are talking about.  I am on the do not call list, so if they are telemarketers they should not be calling my number!

This is probably legitimate--I had a delivery problem with the Times for a couple of days, and called them about it yesterday. The problem was fixed with today's paper. The PCF call came in this morning, but I didn't pick up.

I just subscribed to the NY Times and have received this call to verify that I'm happy with the delivery service.
I find it annoying.  If I'm not happy, I'll let the Times know.

Recorded message about whether I was satisfied with their delivery service. No other information about who they are.  All I know is yesterday I reported non-delivery of my newspaper, and today it was delivered as usual.  Maybe they were hired by the newspaper company to check on that.

Just make VERY SURE you give NO personal info away and this number doesn't try to get you to renew you subscription. If it does, do NOT renew because this number called you and it could be a scammer calling. The best way to renew is to call your paper and they will renew over the phone, or redirect your call to the correct subscription renewal party.

Also got a call with no message left.  Called back and heard a message to the effect that it is a newspaper delivery service (PCF or PTF) that wanted to check that I was satisfied with their service.
