I too. got a card on my door. I suspect it also has to do with repo guys that have shown up several times over the last 2 years looking for home owner that lost the house in forclosure over 3 years ago. Unbelivable that they don't have a decient data base that shows they are way behind finding the other person. Just scavangers.

For everyone else.  please know it is illegal for anyone to open your mailbox besides the post office or resident.  I caught this so called "investigator" opening my mailbox and i have it on my surveillance camera.  They said they were looking for someone.  i told him what he did was illegal and he got scared and left.  Next time i will press charges.  calling the number on the business card they told me they open everyone's mailbox which is highly illegal.  Call them get their address and press charges.

Found card stuck to my car window this morning. Cant get anyone to answer phone number. Card has a case number but doesnt help when nobody answers. I know Im current on everything so there will be a major problem if they are supposedly trying to repo any of my vehicles.

I have a paper left on my mailbox from someone called American Writ. Phone number 770-428-9719. I didn't know what it is about. But they didn't knock on my door because I was home.

This David Johnson showed up @ my home toooooo! omg! I was so upset that I ran out of the house nude since i was in the middle of taking a shower.  It did not stop him he continued trying to get my Escalade.THANK GOODNESS my man was there.  He jumped in it and took off before David Johnson could get it. Guess I showed them!  Probably more than they wanted to see

I received this card in my car window, there is no vmail when u call the number, and I do not know what the case number is for because this is the only car that I have. Therefore, if it needed to be reppoed (which is impossible because I am current) they would have repoed it then. I have called this number as well as tried to google them and found nothing, ..That really isn't save to be approaching homes talking about repoing an item that belong to that person...GET A REAL JOB!

go to www.donotcall.gov and register your phone number(s) so calls like this can br prevented. there is also a link to file a complaint.

Same thing happened to me. Some bogus "agent" showed up at the home of a person that barely knows me and claims he was there to repossess my SUV. Problem is, I paid CASH for it over two years ago.

This company is bogus and they're doing so many illegal things. But the police WILL NOT do anything about it. You must hire a REAL private detective to find an address associated with that number and have them served with an order of restraint or bankruptcy papers.

Same thing here. They left a card at the door claiming to be a business. I am going to call the police and report "special agent Bonnie"!!!!!!!!!

this so called young & associates david johnson and a bonnie, are not a legal company and do not have any rights to repo anything from anyone i have made a police report and if anyone else is being harrassed by this couple please make a report as well.

they say they are special investigators...they left a card stating the name Young & Associates.  However, they are not listed with the state nor anywhere else as a viable business.  They should be fined and jailed for misrepresenting themselves.  David Johnson is said to be the special agent and a Bonnie works with him too.  They are basically repo people who try to determine if you are home so they can pick up your car, boat etc. whatever you may be getting repo'd.  They do not supply a physical address which leads me to believe they are using a cell phone. And again supports the fact that they are NOT a business entity!  Its illegal to claim you are a business when you are not...do these fools not know this!!
