I have received several calls, but I have not answered them.

Robo-caller. When I answer, there's no one on the line. They repeatedly call both my office number and my cell phone, so the calls are not random. Nonetheless, I don't talk to cold-callers and I hang up immediately if no on is on the line.

BS! Tire with it

I started getting these today. I also just had a car serviced by Toyota Collision recently. Never going there again. :(

Got another call from this number...been 4 so far this week.  Getting tired of this.

Just read some of the comments newer and remembered I had my car into the collision center a little over a month ago now too!!! Sad thing is I used to work for the dealership that did the work and if i knew they had a company call people like this I would have quit earlier. Totally inconsiderate of people and their lives!

If I don't know the number and/or am not expecting a call from someone whose number I might not have then I DON'T answer the phone! If it's important leave a freakin' message. This number has called almost 10 times a day for 3 weeks now!!!!!!! Is there a way to block this number or maybe sue them for harrasment??

This caller calls at ALL HOURS of the day and night, BOTH to my landline and cell phone. It's time to put an end to this B***S**T.  The next call I get will be forwarded to the Attorney General's office.

After reading about other people's experiences, it makes sense that this number is related to services provided by a car dealership... I didn't answer the call, but I did receive a service on my car yesterday at a dealership in Houston.

Customer satisfaction survey - called me several times a day on my cell phone.  You can call back and leave a message but dont - total waste of time. I have unlisted # and on do not call list but it doesn't stop them.

This company is calling us 2 (sometimes 3) times a day.  We are on the DO NOT CALL
REGISTRY.  We want these calls stopped.

Too many BS calls

This person has tried calling my cell 4 times today!  Not to mention that they tried calling up to 3 times in the past 4 days.  Is this because the government had shut down and the do not call registry was down?

Have been receiving multiple calls, sometimes every 5 minutes,  every day on our cell phone since July.  Have answered 2 or 3 times, but never anybody there.  Tried calling back, but like many of you who have responded, the call only goes to voice mail.  Our calls start about 8 AM and last all day.  Wish we could stop this MAD NONSENSE!

This is getting ridiculous.  I'm getting calls from these people every 45 minutes now and no one is ever there. After reading everyone's complaints I'm absolutely sure this is coming from the collision center where I had my car fixed last month.  Team Toyota is getting a call from me, that's for sure.

Glad I looked here.  I'm incredibly ticked that someone gave out my cell phone to a company that calls randomly every day now.  I see most people relate it to a car care place and since I've only been to one in the last month I'm severely ticked at Team Toyota in Langhorne and I will be calling them to complain.

Unknown number called n=my cell phone a few times and won't leave a message. It is a number that I don't know.

They have called dozens of times.  Once I do answer, I am going to call the business that allowed them access to my phone number and never patronize them again.  I guess it was Toyota Collision.  I will be making a call to that business and ask for the person who runs that division and then I will call the highest person in Toyota I can find to let them know I don't appreciate them giving out my personal information to conduct research calls at all hours of the day.  This will cause me to give them a very negative review of their business practices.

This number belongs to Spectrum Solutions.  A customer relations and retention company.  I found them on-line and when you call their is a company directory.  Try extension 1002.  This is the number for Jerry Johnson.  According to their website http://spectrumservices.net/key_personnel.html Jerry Johnson is a managing partner.  I explained that I receive these calls several times a day and that when I answer the system simply hangs up.  Jerry apologized for any inconvenience and took my name and number and said that he would have my information removed from the system.

Getting calls from this number on different days. No message is ever left.

These calls come in numerous times during the day, all day long.  I also recently had a car serviced at a dealership, as some others have posted.

Calls 3-4 times a day, as early as 8am and late as 9pm.  Calls sometimes within minutes.  No message left, I won't pick up.  I call the number back and it is a voice mail thta says Spectrum Intellusis, calling in regards to a company I have recently done business with.  These calls have been goingon for 2 weeksnow.  Getting old.  You can't tell me this is not for profit.
