John(the worlds most annoying IDIOT) calls 3 or 4 times a day  Told them did not order and not to call again.  He said I would be taken off list.  Guess what, phone called again 3o minutes later. IDIOTS, IDIOTS and first class scammers

I looked at my Caller I.D. and didn't pick up. There was no message.

This guy says that I have been referred to them for a free medical alert device. I try to tell him I'm on the  national DNC list and to take me off their call list, but he never responds, just starts talking again or never stops. What an a%$#!le and a scammer.

At 12:27, Tuesday, July 9, 2013:  just received at least the 10th (no exageration) call from "john" with my free medical alert system. He has called many other times when I just do not answer. I know this is an automated call so I just hang up but this is an extreme nusance and I do not understand why calls like this can not be stopped.

I've been using this file a lot lately.  Let's see what happens.

scammer calls and says they're ready to install home alarm or security system of some sort, that it's already paid for.  calls were made to several homes on one street in Atlanta.

"John" calls daily to tell me he'd like to touch little children

Kelly,  these calls are coming from other countries, spoofing caller identification.   The Do Not Call Registry has absolute no control over them.  The job of trying to find,  stop,  build a case and prosecute them falls into much,  much deeper waters than most can realize.  We look upon them as harassing phone calls,  but the Government has to deal with them on an international basis.  Some of these calls come from countries who are uncooperative in such matters.
The Do Not Call Registry was never established as a law enforcement too.  It is just a "List" of people who don't want Telemarketers to call.  Legitimate Telemarketers are required to register with the FTC and purchase this list, and maintain it,  in order to comply.   It is  $16K  for each violation.  None of the calls that we are getting in the form of harrassment is from Legitimate Registered Telemarketers.  (The FTC definition for the purpose of the DNC defines Telemarketing as:  Telephone sales of goods or services)    As a result,  Legitimate companies who Telemarket and violate are easily found,  once complaints start flowing in,  by simply opening their file or telephone books.   Those clowns (thieves)  who are attempting to scam us daily are crooks,  fraudsters,  and scofflaws mostly from other countries and untouchable without cooperation from other crooks and such.
They can easily be located but rarely prosecuted.   I don't like it either,  but just telling it the way it is........My biggest question is  where are the Drone strikes when you need them....

We get this call every other day or so..Upon filing a complaint with Do Not Call Registry I found this site. From what I understand there is nothing that can be done to investigate and bring these people to prosecution?  I FIND THAT ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS AS IN THIS DAY AND AGE WHERE EVERYONE'S PHONE CALLS ARE FLAGGED AND RECORDED THAT SOME GOVERNMENT AGENCY CAN'T FIND THESE PEOPLE AND DEAL WITH THEM!!

FRAUD call has happened twice I am reporting it to FCC and police.
He claims he is fulfilling an order for a medical device.
No such order Phishing. Hang up and report.

This is a company selling medical alert systems.  I have opted out after the recording numerous times, so this time I just pused the button to speak with someone.  I let the lady go through her whole spiel and then told her that I no longer wanted to be called.  She became very angry and asked why I had let her talk all that time if I was not interested.  i told her that I just wanted to waste her time just as they were continually wasting mine....she got even angrier and ruder!  Maybe if we all do this they will get the message.  I also filed a complaint on the DO NOT CALL registry.

I received multiple calls from a person named John.  He says he an order for something and needs to deliver it.  I try to speak to him and apparently this is a recording.  We have not ordered or wish to order anything this person has.  Please do not call our phone number again.  I wish I could prosecute all callers that invades the privacy of our home.

Same thing happens to me! He says he's John and needs my address to deliver some sort of medic device. I told him to stop calling, I haven't ordered anything, etc. He keeps calling. Just now I told him same thing again and I also added "you aparently have issues because you refuse to stop calling." I hung up, AGAIN!!! I am on the do not call registry.

This number has called me twice today.  I have answered it and then no one says a word.  What is going on?

If I ever find out who this idiot is that calls everday and hangs up I,m gonna prosecute and have his phone taken away all you need is a police case number and report it to ATT and they will investigate. I had it done before.

Trying to scam  by saying a medical alert system is ready to be installed.  It was never authorized or ordered.  Told them to quit calling me and slammed the receiver down.

Just another phone number used by the emergency medical alarm scam.  No matter what number they use, if you dial it back, the number does not exist.  They fake numbers for your caller id.  DO NOT Call cannot find these guys because the number is non existent.  Keep reporting to your TV stations.  Here in Atlanta the TV stations have informed the public to beware.

I'm in Clayton county and get calls from this number (which I don't answer).

THIS IS A NUISANCE! They must be the dumbest bears in the woods.  They call day after day, and candidly, they remind me of the MINDLESS POLITICIANS THAT ALLOW IT TO CONTINUE.  Have been on the no call list for years -- but yet, get about 6 - 8 scam calls a day.  Can you imagine what the village idiots are going to do now that they are in charge of our medical care??

Send a complaint do www.donotcall.gov and select the File a Complaint from the gray menu bars on the left.  If enough people complain then they have to do something about it.
