YOU DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO RIGHT A CHECK TO GET A PDL BUT YOU DO HAVE TO HAVE A VALID CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH AN ACCOUNT NUMBER WHICH IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION FOR THE LOAN. DO YOUR RESEARCH PPL, COLLECTING ON PDLS IS NOT ILLEGAL. STOP THINKING THAT THESE PDL COMPANY'S ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF GIVING AWAY FREE MONEY!!!!! hey i received all call from this nccc company about 2 months ago then i did get a warrant on me also had to pay a huge fine. I didnt realize that because check was presented to bank and returned it is and can be fraud. Guys dont take them lightly they can make things hard for you if they call pay them fast!

I keep getting these messages and they keep asking for the same person, something about a warrant for them.  I keep telling them I am not this person and they say they will take me off the list and never do.

My husband and I keep getting calls from Investigator Summers, four last week for someone who doesn't even live in our house.  I have called several times in the past months to explain they have the wrong number, wrong person, etc they say sorry and we will erase your number.  Today I called again explaining the same situation, and when I got home the same Investigator Summers left another message but used my husbands name instead now tell me how authentic this crap is!!!

i got a similiar call my husband got called about my ex-husband who they are supposeably trying to find for some major investigation? i asked the same question said they searched the database for family and employers how my ex-husband would ahve anything to do with my new husband i was confused he just said he couldn't tell me anything and hung up

so i got a call from an investigator william tyler looking for my ex-husband said he was in some serious trouble but could not give me any details! so how he got my name i don't know and why he's not calling him directly is weird but any how the calls are really annoying from number 770-627-2228 he said the same thing that the case would be turned over to the county sheriff's dept. but won't say for what..

I got the same call but from an Investigator William Tyler.
I knew it was a scam right away and googled it..sure enough I found this post.
Dont fall for these low lifes.

I have received several calls from this inestigator as well.  He hasbeen calling my cell then out of no where he started calling my house phone.  Who is this person?  I have never written a bad check in my life and I am really tired of the annoying calls from this man.. H even told me that as of April 1st all of these files would be released to the county.  Is this man crazy?

First of all, Mr. Hughes, you misspelled INVESTIGATOR!  ALSO, how convenient for you...you know how to also pose as a satisfied customer!  Please people, do like the man says and do your research!  These phone calls are ridiculous and annoying.  NUT UP Hughes and get a real job!!!!!

I cannot believe how I let this man investigator Huges play me.He got money out of me by telling me I am going to jail,also for check fraud.I payed this man a lot of money. I want my money back Please help me.

A co-worker and myself got payday loans together in 2006 for 400. dollars,  We both were contacted by this investigator Hughes guy.  My friend and I took two different directions in handling the call.  I chose to settle my balance with Hughes and my friend chose to ignore the call.  I was able to settle the balance for the original amount of the check (No interest -No penalties)  my friend however went to court in 2010 and was hit with a 2600.00 balance principal.  You Do The Math                                       Thank you Hughes                     P.S.    An investigator is not neccesarily  affiliated with the police.

Does anybody find it strange that out of the thousands of people I deal with only five people seem to have negative results from my phone calls. After all these years.  I won't explain the validity of this office, why don't YOU do some REAL  research.    In the meantime If you have written a bad check for a Payday loan   BEWARE

Thank God for this website and all the other posts I just read. My fiancee just received a call from Investigator Hughes claiming an issue of check fraud. It seemed an odd accusation since my fiancee does not write checks. Being leary of people who obviously want financial information, I decided to do some research before we called him back. Thanks to the posts on this website I will not be giving Investigator Hughes a return phone call, as it seems he is prone is shy away from questions and more than likely a con-artist. Investigator Hughes called my Mother's house asking for my ex, who I divorced in 1989. Told me he was trying to collect a debt from 2005. When I started to question him about how he got my Mother's number he hung up in my face.

Investigator Hughes is a fraud! He called me recently telling me that I was involved in a check fraud case. I told him that I do not write checks, and he told me that this could have happened five years ago. I told Hughes that I have never written a bad check in my life. Hughes then proceeded to ask me if I ever visited some check cashing place--I told him that I have never visited the place he named. Hughes seemed to get uncomfortable when I ask him where he was calling from--he told me that he was from the NCC (whatever that is). Finally, when Hughes was not getting anywhere with me he told me to just disregard the phone call and abruptly hung up the phone. My husband called him back and wanted more information too and Hughes also hung up the phone abruptly on my husband.

a so called investagator called hughes tracks me down at my mothers house using my last name from many years ago  he said that it was a legal matter and he would like me to call him volenterally to resolve this matter or it would be resolved in another way  he said he will find me and i will be put in jail he is nothing but some scam artist trying to get money out of people!  yeah right  not gonna happen!11

Investigator Hughes just got put in his place. Called me after I had worked all night, stating he pulled my name from a computer with "family affiliations" to my wife's stepmom's brother--who I haven't said 3 sentences to in my life. He hung up on me and didn't answer his phone when I called him back. Looks like he is not even a real cop, too bad!

Investigator Hughes called us, too . . . attempting to collect funds (rather than place charges).  I'm certain the police DO NOT collect funds on behalf of check-cashing companies!
