I got a call and now they are calling my ex's family members, I have not listed them anywhere. I called the number back and no one answers but it makes me nervous that someone is using my name. I don't know what to do.

A Ms. Matthews left threatening messages on answering machines at my father's house in Maine and my mother's house in California, threatening to have a warrant issued against me (there is no judgment). This debt was paid off just before I filed bankruptcy. I think it was a payday loan. She knew the exact amount I had paid through my Wells Fargo acct. When I tried to return the call myself, I just got voicemail.

receivng threatning calls that i will be picked on a warrant for a for check fraud. ppl what these scam artist do is tagg ur number to ur local court and pretend to be calling from there but they r actually somewhere else. find a new target pls becuz i am not the 1
