Just to clear the air about Eco Home Solutions they are a company based out of Marietta,GA. They offer different services to upgrade your home to save you money and energy. The Energy Audit is completely FREE and it is up to you the consumer to say yes ok or no not at this time nothing lost because you got a free energy audit anyway, I got one from them. I had no problems with the demo they showed and found it to be very informitive to say the least. These people are not casing your house or your street for that matter. These are people trying to feed their families and pay their bills when you really look at it. Just to let you know about the GA DNC list you got ripped off it does not protect you against callers because there are so many data bases with your info someone new gets it everyday so they can call. Just simply say no thank you please take me off your calling list, then and only then is your protection under the GA DNC act legal if they continue to call you. So, if you want a free service or interested in how you could possible save money and energy and if you do or don't purchase anything then that is totally your choice. As far as the BBB and the complaints Wal-mart is not part of the BBB and have a gazillion complaints against them, do you still shop there?

I usually do not answer my home phone if I don't know the caller, but I'm looking for a new job just now and have no choice but to talk to the telemarketing scum.  Eco Home Solutions called me today.  I told them I wasn't interesting in buying anything.  "But, sir," the lady said, "I'm not trying to sell anything!"  I said "But you're a telemarketer, right."  She said "why yes, but I'm not trying to sell you anything!"  To which I responded "Then you aren't a very good telemarketer."  Slight pause and then a nasty "Well I still not trying to sell anything!!!"  Click!

called my house and asked for my husband by name.  I asked what was the nature of the call.  They very rudely continued to inquire for my husband and then hung up.  I imediately called back and got a recording with the name of the company listed as Eco Systems.  They need to be shut down.  They obviously are using phone lists with names

The company is Eco Home Solutions, located on Roswell Rd. in Marietta. formerly known as True Green Technologies. They changed the company name partly because they have an F rating with the BBB, as they don't know how to be honest with their customers or their employees. The owner is a former car dealership owner and is obviously stuck in the car sales mindset: get all you can from the unsuspecting. The owner has been sued by suppliers for fraud, and a manager there was charged with sexual harassment.  Great place to work...NOT. Plenty of unfulfilled promises to staff and customers alike.  25% savings guarantee is a scam. They have no problem calling people on the DNC list, as they know no one will prosecute.

This company is a complete scam. We had them give us a quote at our house. Once the guy completed his quote, he called the "company owner" to provide him an oversight of the proposed scope. The "sales guy" wanted us to speak with him on speaker phone and we listened to some long presentation about the history of the company, etc.

I just got a call from these creeps, when I informed him we were on the DNC list he said oh go ahead here's my boss's name too, he gets his leads several different ways, well when I gave him a suggestion on how he could get more, he said you dont have to cuss at me, LOL< I said oh yes I do you lawbreaking criminals, heres more and it went on until I hung up.  Can't these low lifes be put out of business, who in the world would ever say oh yes come to my home and do work from a phone call from them?  Low lifes

Got a call from 770-509-4828, phone was dead when I answered.

auto dial..no response..I hung up

Called 6:20 pm.  Would not answer my hello.  Placed them on call block.  I also only say hello one time!

I got the call from "Lisa" regarding the energy audits.  I declined but she was not rude.  Can't find a listing on the web for Eco Solutions that seems viable.  This number is also listed for Atlanta Cigar Company, so I'm sure Caller ID is fake #.

Received a call from "Marietta Office" today, but when I answer and say 'Hello', there is a long delay with nothing and then they said Good-bye with an automated voice recording, and abruptly disconnect.  They may be scanning the neighborhood to find out who's home and who's not.

Male caller from this number stated he was with "the power company" and then began the same sales pitch that they would be on my street (he named my street) and that they would be doing free energy audits.  

When I interrupted him by asking who he was with, he responded "I just told you."  When I asked the same question again, he hung up.

Lisa from Eco Solutions called saying they would be on my street next week and they would like to do a FREE Energy Audit.

Lots of noice in the background it was a small room with a lot of people in it and they were talking about were they were calling next.

It is also been reported that these type of poeple come into the home to rip it off as they will be all over the home.

Now what they did not say is what they do after the audit - I am sure that is not for free.

There is No website that I could find for this company either, just sales positions open.

Have received call from "Marietta Office" twice, but when I answer, there is a delay then disconnect.  I only say "Hello" once.

I got a call from this number claiming they were also eco-solutions - i declined and politely asked to be removed from their call list - the caller rudely said, "Don't tell me how to do my job!" and hung up - I would never use this company and tried to reach whomever is in charge to pass along the above but have been unable to do so

called but would not speak, put on BLACKLIST so they will not be calling e again

Got a call from this number today and claimed that they were Eeco Solutions and they have a rep in the area to analyze the power usage to save homeowners money. I politely said "I'll pass and they rudely hung up!".

didn't answer, left no message.

Got one today, auto dialer. Hung up during delay.
