A female person called asking for a person by my name, asks if last four digits of ss # are mine, and if I lived in a particular city. Fraudulent???? They have no business calling random names/numbers!!!

They call about 4 times a day. Normally it's a 888-214-7812 number but also the 770 as well. They were even calling my cell phone at one point and I put an end to that quickly. What gets me is that I pay for my telephone line, therefore I should be able to control who calls it but that's not how it works.
