Caller ID says "Nationwide" and she used my last name and asked me to confirm I was a given address (which was not mine). I asked why I should. She said she could not tell me the purpose of the call unless I verified. I told her I did not care what the purpose was, it was her purpose, not mine. I asked where she was calling from and she said "Nationwide Credit Services" which I took to relate to getting a credit card or better rate on credit card (got a call like this earlier today). I said No, what city, state, or country. She said India. I told her I thought she was a scam and to go scam someone else. Told her a couple of times before she hung up.
Called back to the number, asked whose it was, and he said "Nationwide". I asked where he was calling from and he said India. I asked about the local number and he said Nationwide has an office in Kennesaw.
Could not find any (free) information on reverse lookup other than a land based line. Telephone exchange is apparently SMYRGAPF95C, which looks like Smyrna.
