BEWARE!  I purchased a sectional back in May 2010, and I paid $525.  I never received the sofa or my money back.  I dealt with Sara who took my debit card info and then after many attempts to reach someone, I then spoke with Damion several times.  After many broken promises I still never received the sofa, or the refund.  NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!  I lost my money and went without a sofa for months before I realized I would have to fork out more money for another one someone else.  I filed with the better business bureau and still have not heard anything or  had any resolution.  Just disgusted!  these people are sick!

I ordered a sectional and table set Nov of 2010. NEVER got any of it. And yes, the vm box gets full. He doesn't answer unless called around 9am central time. Don't buy anything from them. They scammed me out of $600. I contacted the BBB, who also couldn't get ahold of anyone in the 'company'.

They fill just enough orders to seem legitamite, but the vast majority are not filled, and they purposefully frustrate the customer until they give up trying to get their money back.

Everyone..I posted a blog about this company on page 4 and I did get my money back from my bank, not them.  The funny thing is, I called them recently just to see what would happen and Damion told me that my order will be on the next truck, having no idea that I had gone after them and reported them and got my money back so obviously these people dont even keep records.  They just better hope I never see them on the street...PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM (National Importers) or 399sectional.com

I ordered my furniture Jan.4 and still have not received it. I callled my bank and they could not help due to the fact that they can not get in touch with the company. I'm so pissed and if I don' t get my money or furniture they will regret they ever got my card number! Sarah and the guy that answers will be in for some trouble.

I think I may have found something to help out the cause.  I actually did receive my sectional but they are trying to scam me out of the $95 I spent for the matching ottoman.  After being really friendly to the secretary at the shippers I picked my sofa up from, I found out the actual address (BBB.org doesn't have the real deal.)  I got a copy of the bill of lading from them to YRC (lovely people, they are).  The addresses are as follows:

Suite 230-178 (I'm assuming it 178, but it's fuzzy on my screen)

I just found out another interesting bit of information that you guys could use as serious ammo.  I Googled the address on my bill of lading and it came up as another furniture company.  Turns out that NI Importers buys their stuff from another furniture company in Atlanta, ups the price and sells it to the public.  I talked to a very nice young lady and she informed me that Sarah regularly comes in and orders stuff on a regular and even gave me a new phone number to use.  Turns out that this number is Sarah's personal phone number.  Now, I'd not be doing my duty as an upright human being if I didn't give you guys the number so here it is!

National Importers LLC, with tel # 770--666-5328, has not responded to any reasonable efforts made to collect the $434.91 paid to them on 03/12/2011 for some furniture purchased by my daughter-in-law.  They have not established any legitimate credentials to date.

I did recieve a sectional couch.  It was the wrong color and wrong style.  We ended up keeping it because we knew that we would never get the correct one.  They NEVER shipped our recliner or ottoman.  I have also filed a complaint against them through my credit union.  We had great communication with National Importers, but once we received our couch and told them we never recieved the chair and ottoman they stopped returning our calls.  We went through so much crap with them I do not even have the time to explain.  The same thing that has happened to so many people is what happened to us.  They sent the wrong tracking number to start.  Exactly what Jaru posted is what we went through.  They are scammers.  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.  I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT IS THIS SHADY!!!!!

I did receive my sectional however it took over 2 months. I always spoke with Damion. Everytime he said he would call back he never did. I would leave message after message. The mailbox is always full. Please do NOT BUY from this website/company. Their "customer" service is horrendous and you will never receive a phone call back.  I also spoke with Sarah who kept reassuring me I would get my order. To me it almost seemed like the two worked in the same house or something. IT was all EXTREMELY fishy when speaking with them.

ctfu.why would i lie about a dam couch.anyway i did get my couch today. its a nice couch worth the money but they did not send the ottaman i will be calling them tommrow. it did take almost two months and as long as i get my ottaman and my 20% discount it will be worth the wait. if not then yes i will be filling a complaint.

i got my tracking number last week. got a call from the shipping company today. couch should be here tommrow at 2pm will let you guys know how it turns out. and no i dont wrk for the company i was a angry customer like you. but long as i get my refund check for 20% and the couch looks nice it will be worth the wait

If you're smart, you'll follow through with your credit card company and reverse the charge.  This company has no right to expect you to wait any longer.  If they've ignored phone calls, emails, not provided tracking numbers, etc.,etc.....the writing is on the wall.  Get as far away from them as you can and warn everyone you know.

Ok, so i just called my Credit Card number to tell them to dispute my charges, they said they would credit my account within 24-48 hours, then about an hour later i get an email from this Sarah Klinensmith, with a BOL, of course it has not tracking number or anything on it, what the heck is going on?
