I had Lowes home delivery, called the number back and got a voice recording saying that it was in response to a Lowes Home Delivery survey and they will attempt to reach me up to 3 times and would appreciate my feedback; however, the voice messages left on the line are not checked. Then the voicemail stopped and said the mailbox was full.
Needless to say, it's a survey about how good their 3rd party delivery was and they'll try 3 times and should stop. Calling the number does nothing and calling Lowes will tell you the same. Just answer it when you do get the call and either refuse the survey or take it if you want them to improve - hint, hint. You can give them the idea they shouldn't call after hours (on Sundays after 6PM) - I believe telemarketing type calls are not allowed, just like on Sunday mornings due to church services.

I rec'd phone calls from this number and ignored them. I tried calling the number back and it was busy...this happened 3 times. I tried calling the # a fourth time...just rang/no voice mail. I ordered from Lowes as well...

Lowes delivery less than a week ago and now 2 calls in less than 30 minutes and no message. The delivery guy said a survey type place would call to make sure the delivery went ok. But why wouldn't they leave a message?

My situation is the same, I just had a recent delivery of a major home appliance from Lowe's and, since then, have begun receiving at least two calls a day from this number. It's exceedingly rude of them to neglect to leave a voicemail to identify themselves and the purpose of their call.
