This number keeps calling and its a scam

This number your calling  4056042899 every day 2&3 times a day needs to quit calling my phone

They are not the real publisher clearing house . They would never ask for money. I get calls from all over and mainly from Jamaica, the island, pretending to have millions for me. Finally I got a call blocker, de do not call list is worthless.

Caller said his name was Sterling Black and he was with Publisher's Clearing House and that my mother had been selected as a winner of 5,000.00.   All she had to do was give them her c/c number and let them bill her for 1.99 a week worth of magazine subscriptions (all in one lump sum) and they would send her out a 1,000.00 certificate which she could use for groceries etc until the rest of the money was sent to her.  
When they called back, she told them she didn't believe that she had won anything, or she would have received something in the mail and the caller told her that she hadn't actually won the money, just a chance to be entered into a drawing for the money and they needed the subscription payment to show that she actually read magazines purchased thru their publishing house in order to be eligible. She hung up on them.  

Receive multiple calls from this number every day. I do not answer it, but it is seriously annoying.  I believe this is the number of a call that my mother answered which stated that she had won some money.  She has serious short term memory problems and only remembered that she had won some money.

Rude woman calls constantly and yells if you don't listen to her tell you you won money from Publishers Clearing House!! Refuses to take your name of the call list!!!

My 85 year old mother lives with me.  She received call from this number saying she won $5,000 in Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes but she needed to give them her bankcard information in order to pay processing fee.  Thank goodness she just got a new card, which I had with me, so she could not give them the information.  She called asking me to give it to her over the phone because these people were calling her back for the info.  I tried to explain to her that it was a scam but I don't think she understood how evil people can be and how scams work.

I'm tired of people calling me from all these different 700 n 800 numbers

I constantly get a recording saying hi this is Linda. I have called them demanded calls be stooped but I get calls 2 to 6 times a day. even on Sundays. They even asked for my complet social security number so they could find me in the systream

Call my mother-in law and said mr******____ you have won five thousand dollars. I would not has to
paid anything. I need to have a credit or debit card so they could make a deposit to my account. When i said that i never heard of that they hang up.

How can I get these people to stop calling me?

Called my mom said she won a prize. Ask for her birth date. Person said when it comes in the mail she could ignore it.

Woman talking very fast; said I was a finalist for a $5000 prize.  Needed me to confirm that I still held a bank card; wanted to know my age.  When I asked why she needed my age, she first asked me to confirm that I was older than 21 years of age; then insisted on knowing my age.  Said she asked all customers that and that if I would not give it to her that she would just have to hang up.  So, I beat her to it!

Some kind of scam... trying to ascertain if I held a bank card, my address and age.

ID   JM Kingston  repeated calls  Wants to give me or whoever answers the phone a "prize" . Then says he is not trying to give me anything but is interested in me as a person and wants to be my friend. Calls back after being told that I'm not interested in him or being his friend. Scam, may be part of the Jamaica lottery sceme.

Keep getting calls from this number. They don't leave a message.
