This phone # keeps calling and sounds like they are trying to fax something.

Just got a call My caller ID says it is from LexisNexis 12:56am, just beeps like sending a fax, Crazy.

I did some internet research and found out this is a law firm in northeast Atlanta.  They are calling me at all hours of the day and night as well - and I get a fax noise left on my answering machine.

I also have been getting calls from the same number. They leave no message. On 9-25-08 I got several calls with just 2 fax tones, then nothing. Since I use Vonage, it was easy to trace the calls back to Choicepoint (17707523160). Googled them and found out more info, but have not tried calling main number.

Repeated calls at all hours of the day and night, and leaves double-beep on machine.

I keep getting faxes from them at night but they are calling my home number.

Calls from this number and other toll free numbers with two beeps. There has to be a law for calls coming at 2:30 am! This is some kind of scam or something... My caller ID says it is from LexisNexis.

Why did you not give us the phone number so we can call these guys. Also you did not give us the company name. Did you really reach an office? Let us know.

I am currently on phone with them. Told them I want the reason we are being called at all hours. I am actively on National no call list.  
A "Manager" is away from her desk but will call me back.
Does anyone want to get together and start a lawsuit?
I get calls at about midnight, and it seems someone ought to slap them.

Received two calls today, 12:36pm and 6:38pm, just the beep of a fax machine.  Would like to know how to get this stopped.

Keep getting calls from 770-752-3160.   Last one was 2:30 this morning.  All I get on answering machine is "beeps" like when someone is trying to send a fax incorrectly to a phone instead of a fax machine.

Caller I.D. is showing Lexis Nexis.

Call 1-866-277-8407 for LexisNexis in GA. Give them your name, your ph#, and tell them that you're getting a call from 770-752-3160 in error and they will escalate the issue to have your ph# removed from their fax distribution list.

I got a callat 4AM this morning from this number, 770-752-3160, caller ID said LEXISNEXIS!  I called it back around 8AM and the office was not open yet.  I will be calling back real soon to complain!  I hope this doesn't happen again because ti woke my whole family up!!!

This company called my home phone number at 3:30 am.  I tried to call back to complain, I received an automated attendant.

called 1-888-497-0011 and it aswered as lexinexi but the are not in the office due to holiday but my phone keeps ringing.

received call at 11:15 pm and sound like a fax machine.  caller id came up as LexisNexis

fax number calls every 5 minutes for the last four days

i recieved a call from 770-752-3160 at about 03:00 am sunday.  it was from choicepoint.  my phone number is registered under "no call" service. i don't know how this is happening.  worst thing it is annoying.  it is a fax machine.  this is not the first time though. may be that last one was # 40th time.  i am sick and tire of this and i don't know what to do.

Well...I finally got through to this company. They are an information company. The gentleman I spoke with was very courteous. He assured me that he would take care of the calls I was receiving. Now...I guess I'll see just how good he is at taking care of my problem. Hopefully he'll be as good at that as he was at being courteous and helpful.

I keep getting calls from this phone number. It makes no difference what time it is. They call during the day and even in the middle of the night. I received several calls during the day yesterday and 2 in the middle of the night. When I answer....it is nothing more than a beeping sound as if a fax should be coming through. If you think the calls come during the middle of the night simply due to a time difference, think again. When you receive a call at 3:00AM it isn't due to a time difference. Even the west coast would be midnight when the east coast is at 3:00AM. I have tried calling this number back, but so far I've just gotten a recording. This number belongs to a company called "Nexis Lexis". These calls have been going on now for months. It's getting really tiresome.
