It is from the airtel broadband payment collection team.
They have done settings such that nobody can call them back & argue.

If you hold on for some time. One of the Airtel agent will speak. This is a reminder call from Airtel billing team for making the Airtel bill payment. Generally the reminder call is for the broadband service.

I am getting the same issue. I called Airtel customer care and they say that its their collection department - they took my complain and said they will resolve it.
