Called and hung up...must be a telemarketer

Called and said I won..  Haha. This is a vacation timeshare reales company just trying to get clients..

I also received a automated call today with claims to be a "Finalist" is a drawing to receive a SUV or Flat panel TV.  I think the reason they get away with it is because we are told we are "Finalists" which is not saying we have won anything yet.  That way whatever they say when people call back, they have legal standing, even if they lie.  I don't agree with this type of practice and wish they would be prosecuted for calling my number that is on the do not call list.  Will never answer the phone when you call because they only want to call suckers back that actually think they won something.  They are screening the calls.  Bad people. :(

They tried to call me but I didn't answer.
I will literally hunt down and seriously injure anyone who tries to call my cell phone, which is by and large on the national do not call list and which I've changed the number several times to stop the onslaught of these calls.

I've screamed at my service provider, changed it, changed numbers, placed myself on lists, deleted my voice mail, and filed criminal charges when people reach me.

Why? Because I consider it trespassing and have been phoned at times in the middle of the night, while having surgery, etc...

I too, rec'd a call from an Anthony Hart with the same lie about winning an SUV or a flat screen tv.  I feel so vulnerable now, after reading all of the above messages, especially since I've called the guy back at least 4 times a day since I got his call last Thursday.  I agree, the company needs to brought up on charges.  But now that I know the real deal, I can get on with my life and chalk this up as another one of life's cruel experiences.

I'm sending it to the FTC here in Atlanta to prosecute under do not call list, false and misleading information, deceptive practices to, evidently, get me to scratch off some card, to see what I have won, at a time share pitch, which fails another test, in the great State of Georgia.

This tells me the # is bogus and does not go to that address.
If I had time tonight I would simply go to that counties website and look up the owner of the address there.  I wil manania. Please do so if you have got a call and report any and all activity to the FTC.

Deceptive people and flat out crooks are everywhere today.
DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUr INFO TO ANYONE.
Of the 800K plus complaints the FTC got last year, 32% were for identity theft, or 232K some cases.
Since 2005 218 billion identities have been compromised.
It has happen to me, buying things online a November before Christmas a few years ago.
Without my specialized knowledge, it may have taken years to fix the mess.
While this may not be an id theft situation, it fails the rules of conduct on the State and Federal level.

So, Anthony or Marvin, or whoever you are.
It really only takes one, when you don't follow the law, to ruin your day.

Got a call with a pre-recorded message saying that I won a prize, I have called back and left two messages.  I have called several times and the phone is never answered and my call never returned.  I googled the telehpone number and found the following web-site: http://www.infinitycash2000.com/  
This is either a scam to get your phone number so they can claim that you contacted them and they can in return call you with as amny telepmarketting calls as they want or it is some kind of marketting ploy for one of several products that Anthony represents.  In the current state of the economy this is an Extremely Unethical way to do business.  It is terrible to play off of peoples financial instability and take advantage of their hopes like this.  All I can say is that Karma is coming for Anthony, the universe is not as nice as I am and will set things right in the end.  I would hate to be in Anthony Hart's shoes when universal justice visits him.  The sad thing is he probably will never realize why something bad is happening to him and just keep going on taking advantage of people.  I have wasted enough time on this low-life.  Everyone beware of this scam, you have been warned.

Got a call from caller ID showing name Tanya Hart with the same message from Damien that everyone else gets about the SUV etc that I have won and to call back to Anthony.  I did and will not call back because that may allow them to say that we were in contact and allow them to ignore the do not call list, although it made no difference the first time.  Are these messages being passed on to the correct authorities so this can be stopped or are we just letting off steam here? Someone needs to do something, how many people are really being scammed and to what extent?

I, too, received a call on my cell phone.  I returned "Anthony's" call twice, no call back.  Glad to know that my suspicion was correct:  this is a scam and a waste of time - despite what he says above.  Sorry I didn't search the phone number before I figured it out.  The FCC should do something about this guy.

I just got a call from this #  Clicked over from another call and I was immediately on hold, so I hung up.  ANNOYING  Caller ID on my phone record shows Tanya Hart.

This Hart A HOLE has called my two cell phones repeatedly with the same Free suv bull crap. Called Atlanta Police dept left complant of harassment
by repeated phone calls.Turned him in to the Do not call center FTC.
He said I filled out something that is not true I am not that dum to give out my phone after putting the numbers on a do not call list.
Last call tuesday February 5, at 9:36 am today.

Wow I also received a phone message on my cell phone from a man by the name of Damien. He said that it was regarding an entry form I submitted for a contest that invloved an SUV, a Trip, and a Flatscreen tv. He said it was important to call Anthony Hart back as soon as I could and he woudl get back to me. He said Congradulatons . I did some research on the guy. I left him a couple messaged and then found that the phone number for this particluar business come from a home near and apartment or Condo facility, the company phone is in his wifes name. Tanya is her name by the way. I did a good search for the address that was given to me and the business resides in a very nice ommunity in Atlanta Ga. It looks to be a Townhouses Facility. There are quiet a few and they are spread out over a wide area of Land. Very nice if I might say so myself. I took a look and each little area has its own pool and tennis courts. Looks like he does well for himself in whatever it is that he does. Maybe he does have our SUV's and Flatscreens at his place.

I was left a message by a guy name Damien. He made me aware that I had won and SUV - Trip - Flatscreen TV and that I needed to call Anthony Hart back as soon as I could. He gave me the information so I did. Anthony has not returned any of my phone calls so I did a search of the company and it doesnt exist. He runs whatever this business is out of his house and everything is in his wifes name. His wifes name is Tanya Hart and the place of business is 605 Spring Creek, Atlanta GA 30350. Maybe our SUV's - and Flat Screens are at his house. We should just go pick them up

You are so full of ca ca.  This verification center is CRAP.  You are a fricking frauder.  You represent a Vacation Resort timeshare resales and there is nothing you give away for FREE.  So kiss off and get the hell off everyone's phone number.

I'm not quite sure who you are, but I wanted to clear my name or I guess I should say, my number. I do represent a company called The Verification Center and my company makes calls on my behalf (automated dialer) to let people know that their name has been pulled from a drawing of some type and they have won a prize. They will in turn call me and I schedule them to go to a claim center in their area. I have no way of knowing exactly what prize a person has won because when they arrive, they scratch off a card to find out. This is my legitimate job and I don't appreciate false information being put out there about my job or me. Some people, including youself, just don't take the time to listen to what I have to say. As far as you saying that I was angry, I don't see how that can be true, because I am very friendly to all the people I talk to. As for the other post about not receiving an email, I apologize... there must have been some sort of a glitch in the automated system. That was not my fault personally. Also, just to clarify, anyone who receives a call from my number has filled out some sort of drawing sometime in the past year. That's is the only way my company would have anyone's information.  Please, if any of my future contacts see these "complaints" just know that there is no validity to them and please contact me personally so I can clear up any questions you might have.

Same here - a flat screen tv or SUV - he said i filled out an entry form in the mall - not me! He has called three times and said he sent an email but I have never received one.

The man claimed that I won some sort of trip, or a Ford Explorer, but could not tell me which one.  He also got very angry when I asked him some questions about his company and who he was!  He contacted me by e-mail using ahart31088@aol.com.  No type of business name, this is his personal e-mail I'm pretty sure!
