i want to report a  phoney  website and i have called the number but people their hang up on me for some reason asking for me about a debt that i owe need to stop calling from my home phone and their may be asking for money is what debt all about  and calling about 3 times already this no good number to call then it computer that said my name and then all of sudden i started getting from the website so they just need to leave me alone and they keep calling from it and it was strange

I have had this form call me for over a year for a person I have never heard about.  Every time they say they are taking my number off the data base, they start calling about a month later with the same result.  I think it's time for us to fight back.  We should start putting out across the web that this number is a phone sex line and call it 10 times for every one they call, maybe they may start acting like they care.

Instead of calling the long distance number as they requested I just called back the local number they had used. Selected the Collections option & got a live person. They took my number off. said will take 72 hours to be system-wide..

I HAVE RECIEVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEY ARE REALLY MAKING ME MAD. I WAS TOLD I OWE $7,OOO. I ASK FOR PROOF AND PAPERWORK I DONT HAVE IT ALL THAT WAS IN YOUR FILE WAS YOUR NAME. I LIKE NOTHING UNTIL I GET PAPERWORK.

You need to file for bankruptcy (like I will be doing, come the New Year). If you can't afford an attorney, contact your local Legal Aid Society for assistance.

I receive messages from this company 3-4 times a week at work. I have asked they not call they are rude and continue to harass me. I tried to make payment arrangements with the previous company they denied the terms as I could not meet their 40% of balance requirement to set up a payment plan.
How can I make them go a way since I don't have the money to pay the 5 year old debt. Will this end I hear they can continue to call for years and years. One debt collection agency sells to other agencies what can a consumer who has had to reacess their whole lifestyle do the downturn in the economy do.
I had excellent credit until things changed in the job market and the cost of living (gas, food, etc) skyrocketed. You loose you job or have to take a lesser paying job, what do you do feed your family  or pay the debt collector?

They have now called me twice and it is always a recorded message. What pisses me off is they call at 2:00 AM

Left a message asking me to call back at 770-840-8482, but the call originated from 678-461-5952. The message gave them away because they asked for me under a married name from the late 1980s.
