If they DON'T send you a letter in the mail then DON'T return their call!  Simple as that! I know there may be some that have got to know what they want especially someone that owes a company money but don't know which one they are calling about. Then they might ask you to pay them which is a big no-no. Clark Howard has always said to pay the person you owe and nobody else.  They know this too. Don't let these people scare you especially if they aren't local.

This company is a Tick and a Parrasite. They leave a threatening and harrasing phione message from a machine that you cannot talk back to. They need to be put out of business.

Received a call at 6:20 pm from this lawyer or whatever this is bill was not paid due to insurance error and they keep bothering me anyway so they can keep calling for this unpaid bill unemployed and shouldnt have been charged a fee to start with Is this is a reputable whatever then they need to fix the answering service message that they leave on peoples phone

This is a recording asking me to call back. Then they ask for a fil enumber which I have no idea what they are talking about.

I am tired of this number showing up on my cell phone. It's LD so naturally I am not spending my minutes dialing it. Traced and found ths site. Isn't this s**t illegal?!?! Hmmmm need I say more!

i get calls on my cell on a daily basis from this number.  i am so tired of it.  what can i do to end these calls?

missed call on my cell.  NOBODY but who I give my number to has my cell #.  This better not be who I think it is.  If so, they crossed the line.

Received a call from this number today and CallerID shows it to be ApolloMD. Message they left says they are calling from Durham and Durham Law Office to collect a debt.

as of 4/6 this number is now a fax number for a restaurant supply store.  No longer a phone sales/collection

Recording identifies itself as the law offices of Darren and Darren (spelling may not be correct).  I am on the no call list and will make a complaint against the phone number.

I have received calls from this company over the past 3 months, and of course it is a recording only.
I did call one time to tell them they are calling the wrong person, as the owner of this phone number
has not had it since I got it from ATT in 2/2009. This is not the only debt collector looking for
Lester Johnson either, but still they will not correct this situation. So will try one more time to have
it taken off the automatic call setup. Then next step will be Georgia Bar, and Better Business
Bureau, have had good luck with the BBB in the past for similar calls.

I have received several voice mail calls from this Phone Number saying they're Durham & Durham and ask me to return their call. Well, guess what? I've called several times and get hung up in their automatic phone system. The system says to wait for next person, no one never answers or hang up and call later. Well, I figured if the call is important they'll call back and talk to me in person or send me some mail. If I can't talk to a real person, screw you people.

apparently the same group rents the suites 340 and 320. 340 is durham and durham. 320 is apollo md. You can find a way to leave a message at 7708745400 or 6783021055.

I just got a new phone and these people keep on calling me and then i forget to call them back during business hours because every time they call me I am a school!

this is the collection agency for Apollo MD. they are the ER doctors for WellStar.

I called this number after receiving a voice mail.  The receptionist was very nice and said she would remove the number.  They had been looking for the person who previously had the cell number I now have

Got the same message ... this is Durham and Durham, blah, blah, blah. Called me at 9:45 a.m. today. This is what showed up on call ID  APOLLOMD

I called them to remove my number from their autodialer and they were extremely nice and helpful.  She did say it would take 48 hrs and apologized for any trouble.

This law office has been harassing me for over six months now.  We have never received a letter from them regarding any debt we owe (according to Clark Howard, you should never call back or speak to a debt collector if they haven't sent you something in writing), so i just ignore the calls.

This is an autodialer system with a  recorded message that they change (only the woman's name) every few months.  Based on the frequency and the timing of the calls, the program is something like this:  3+ phone calls per day at specific times that are known to be typical meal times (typically around 8 am, breakfast, 12 pm, noon, and 6pm, dinner).  You cannot speak with a person if you pick up the phone (briefly they had an option, "to speak to a live person, press 1" that would cause the caller to hang up on you).  The message I receive goes like this: "This is [a first name, female, to garbled to understand] from the law offices of Durham & Durham. [some garble] give us a call back at [garble]."

The thing about the Do Not Call Registry:  My phone number has been on it since 2004!!!  I filed a complaint with them, but I read their FAQ and debt collectors may be slipping through a loophole.  

I'm currently waiting on a call back from the State Bar, as I, too am placing an official complaint against this law firm (note that they have no blemishes on their record with the Bar as of yet).

This is an unsolicited phone call to me cell phone. Stop calling!!!
