First I called (770) 882-2569
GA, USA and I got one lady who kept putting me on hold, then when I asked what the call was in regards to she put me on hold AGAIN then transferred me to some guy. He wanted to know who've was speaking to. I told him they called me and there fore they should know and I should not have to screen my own calls on my own phone. If they are going to call someone they should know who they are calling and tell in regards to what.

They call my home number and cell number and I don't owe anyone anything past due. I have not missed a payment on anything since 1991.  I get lots of calls that I don't answer some don't leave messages, but about half of the calls do and those are calling people that I do not know so t hey have to wrong numner. If I answer once in a while and TELL THEM that the have the WRONG NUMBER nothing changes the keep calling for said person that does not exist as far as I know even though I told them I live here by myself....About three of four different names they are asking for all are the wrong number and so how do I get them to stop since telling them they have to wrong number does not work.

Have been receiving calls from this number.  Neither I, or anyone else in my family, have any past due debt.  My number is on the "no call list".

I think these guys are calling my house because my husband has a twin brother who is always in debt. Unfortunately, their dad thought it would be cute to give them almost identical names (like Harry, Larry, Barry, Gary, etc), same last name AND to make it even worse, their social security numbers are different by just last 2 digits. I've had to deal with my in-law's debt collectors for a long time due to that. He lives in another state but the collectors think he is now here in GA. ruth, you said # is from Houston, that's where my brother in-law lives! Lesson to all, naming your twins an identical name is plain dumb, not cute AT ALL! I would also request SSN be filed for at different times.

Got a call from this number at 2:29 PM.  The person said, "May I speak to ___ (my first name)?"  I said, "May I asked who's calling?"  He said, "David.  may I speak to ____?"  I asked, "Who are you with?"  He said, "May I ask why you're screening your calls?"  I immediately said, "Goodbye!" and hung the phone up.  Anyone who was legitimate would have identified themselves and their company immediately.

They are stll using it and it still says Lilburn, Georgia and dude is just harassing me. Whatever chump. Get in the back of the line. You'll get it when I get some extra change. And that's final!

A person from this number called me wanting to know about a neighbor whom I do not know. He would not give me his full name not would he tell me which company he represented. He just simply said that the information his company has says I was this person's neighbor. Further, he would not tell me why he wanted this neighbor. I assume now that he was a bill collector, but I resent having someone call me wanting information and refusing to tell me who they are or why they want to know something.

Call my cell phone, smart a** caller want tell me who or why looking for someone I don't know... Called three times and said will call back

I keep getting callls from this number 770-882-2569 they leave no name or say anything when you call back. I am sick of this.

My dad who was stage 4 cancer, and chose to die at home was getting calls from these idiots. They were looking for my deceased sister's former husband. I'm an investigator myself, what they are doing is "skip tracing" their subjects and some reports show every address/phone # that has EVER been associated with the subject, whether current or past...doesn't matter to them. I forced them to stop calling my Dad. My father died on January 1st 2011 and I'll be darn if they didn't call me today and I went off of them. First of all I informed them that their "subject" was in prison, not to ever call me again, if so, I will take legal action. I also recorded the conversation (which is legal in my state), but if your going to record, check the laws in your state and lay the foundation (your name, #, date, time, # that is calling you, and make sure to say the time when you stop recording)  on the tape if you plan to use it to protect yourself. I almost hope they are stupid enough to call me again!

If you answer it, when asked they say they are really calling from Houston TX ... if you call it back & ask, same thing. United Recovery Service (they say) at the "request" of a ccard company

Basically, these guys "phantom" their real number under the nuts thought that a local number might be answered, I guess.  CID says "Lilburn GA" & number.  Call about 5 times a day & leave no message if no one is home.

These people have been calling my neighbors since I had to have my home phone disconnected for lack of money and keeping what money I can in the home for dire needs and asking if my neighbors know me!  Two called me just today! Seems this is harassment.  Why let everyone know your troubles. Possibly a re-routed number to come in as local..interesting.

The 770-882-2569 is United Recovery, they are debt collectors (Credit One...). They also use other numbers (770) 854-0588, Roopville GA. They're very aggressive. They know they're allowed to call only three times. So that use different numbers to call from, they will never leave a message stating who they are. Keep track of all numbers (dates, times, messagae if any). This will be very useful to you if you have to go to court.

They keep calling my home phone.  Since I am a paranoid old fat guy, I let unknown calls go to voice mail.  Too bad they don't leave a message.  I really like this site.  it has been helpful in looking up the meat heads that keep calling.

I keep getting calls for a Whitmer woman and this company will not stop.  Thought I had it straightened out a few years ago but they are starting to call again.

Yeah - they keep calling and don't leave a message. I can block certain calls on my phone, so they just got blocked. Didn't know who they were til I saw the other postings. LOVE THIS SITE!T

Oh and they are also manipulating their phone number with software that can easily be purchased online...I can make mine display ANYTHING I want it to.
