Got the call after Explore Talent fill out forms. Called back , got a message, "Not known" so I'll block it!

I just signed up on exploretalent.com and recieved a call from this number. I didn't pick up because it was almost midnight and if it was important, they would leave a voicemail. Why does everone keep getting calls from this number after going on explore talent?

Could be a big phone scam. If they called your cell phone, have that phone number changed.
Ask your cell phone carrier if they are aware of a cell phone scam involving 771 888-888.
I made the mistake of answering when they called me from that number but no one spoke on the phone.
 imay end up with a large phone bill because they may have a scam going on. I'm going to verizon tomorrow and change my cell # and ask them if they are aware of any 771 scams.

meto and i called back and it said the number has been changed!i was so confused

I just got a call from 771-888-8888 no one on the other end. I did not sign up for anything. I have also talked to other people who have had the same thing happen. So I called a buddy of mine that works for Verizion and he looked it up. He told me it's not a real number. It can't be given out, just like the 555 phone numbers in the movies. I think that's really weird.

I got a call from this number too right after I signed up for Explore Talent. I think it was them but I wasn't sure so I didn't answer. They called literally 5 seconds after I entered my number...

I did explore talent then they called... i answered but no one was there... i called them back but it said the # was not available!

Just got this call too after signing up at explore talent.com. Thank God. its 1:00 am no one said anything and it freaked me out. so relieved that i found other people with this same issue. i was freaking ouuuut!

yeah explore modeling. same thing happened with me. maybe they're checkin to make sur eyou have a real number.

I got a call from 7718888888 but when i answered i heard nothing and i could not call back

this # 771-888-8888 is from Exploretalent.com.

It called me and I didn't apply for anything

This number keeps calling my phone but what area code is 7718888888 it says it in valid code when I look it up.why can't I find one place on the net said aspen another said Nj.

Me too. Same story. As soon as I put my phone number into Explore Talent, my phone is ringing. I was like, "oh man, what did I just do?"

I got a phone call from this number literally seconds after signing up/filling out my contact info at ExploreTalent.com for an independent film casting; and it would seem I'm not the only one who's gotten a call from that number after signing up on exploretalent. I answered my phone, said, "Hello" once, and the party on the other end immediately disconnected. I called back, it rang twice, and I received an automated message saying, "your call cannot be completed as dialed, check the number and try again."

They just called but didn't respond to me nor did it go to a voice-mail .

I got a call from this number and there was no answer. I'm under 18 and I'm a little freaked out.  Do I have reason to be scared?

they called me after i did signed for that mtv made show. after that the number called me and i tried to call back and it said the number is wrong. idk whats up with that but thats what happened. but i didnt pay attention to it.

yehhhh i just called them bak but it said this was not a phone that you can use i hope this is safe........................................... its kinda creepy they said it was diconnected. slightly nervous.

They better stop calling me cause they r messing with the wrong plp.. im gonna get the complete information..This call was made right after i apply for some acting audition.. the phone rang few second laters.. it looks like is some automatic machine to verify the number is correct but they need to be more professional..

I dont understand why they would call minors. they need to be sued for these invalid numbers and scamming. do not put in your credit card number! check your banking account every day to see if anything was tooken without byour permission!!!!!

I just got a call from this number,I never really worry about these things but this time it was a code ive never seen before. now i know why. Thanks

Immediately after signing up to submit for local casting posted here, hit enter and phone rang with this number.  I don't answer unknown numbers, I look here first.  
Now extremely annoyed that I got tricked into signing up with them.
