About a lawsuit that had been brought against me an so fourth aboutm a salary cash advance an I am sick of this bs where you can even get on the computer without some hacker an then pulling all your personal information off of it. I wish the cops would find them an arrest all of them. They talk with an foreign acsent.

This same as above, Adam Wright or Michael Smith. Were the names left on the messages.  Due to the online reports about this being a scam and not valid.  I dd not give them the "time of day"

He left his name as Jason Cotter with ACS law and invetigation for the federal govt. He has a India accent. I could hardly understand them. I have contacted the Federal Trades Commission and they are on radar. this is a scam

same as everyone else, someone claiming to be from Michael Smith from the ACS or ACF criminal affidavit center, he said there is an affidavit claim against my name and social security number and I am to call back 772-237-1689, but the incoming number was 052-797-815, which is not even 10 digits. I have had about a dozen calls today.

Man calling himself "James Scott" with a heavy Indian accent; claiming a friend of mine had put me down as a reference (possible, he does use me as a reference frequently) and said friend had done some "illegal activity" and because I was a reference, I was also guilty of "illegal activity." Ummm...no, pretty sure that's NOT how references work.

Heavy accent, loud sounds of call center in the background. Could not understand most of what he said, did not understand the company name either. Guy kept repeating his shtick about "criminal activity", I gave up and copied the number down (772-237-1689). Oddly enough, the caller ID on my cell states the call came from 527-978-15 (yes, last two numbers are missing on the caller ID).

These creeps are calling my cell phone and my work.Im so sick of this scam.They tell me that im a cheater.UGH.....

A guy named Tom Wilson has called my home and cell two and three times a day for the past three days I finally took the call because I couldn't understand any of the messages and I found this page while they were on the phone with me.  I asked to speak to a manager and Adam Wright got on the phone talking about some lawsuit that my name and social was mentioned in so I told them to send it to me, but I was not giving them any information due to what I read on this site.  I told them not to call me anymore and he said he would call my employer.

I  also keep getting calls and this isn't the first. About a year ago, a guy called and they are foreign, threatening me and harrasing me saying that I owe money for something or they are sending their FBI to arrest me and so on. Now I just got another call with the same thing but now they are saying my living partner used my info and we are both in trouble, they do say something about a law firm and what not but it is very annoying. Everytime they call I just tell them to quit calling me and find a real job and a life. How can these people get a away with threating people and causing innocent people to believe them and stress out over it? They need to stop calling innocent people and deal with things in their own country instead of harassing people in America!! Atlease if they are going to call, speak english and more clear other words don't even bother because their is nothing else annoying than trying to understand them over the phone!!

They are calling my job wanting to know the name of the ppl they are talking to about a cash advance I never received. Theyb have the last four digits of your SS#. When I called the number he gave me some abbrev. ACDS some law firm. So I told him to stop calling my job because I did not receive any money from them. He tells me he doesn't want to speak to me any more an he will continue to call my employer. I contacted the Attorney Generals office cause I am sick of them calling. They are foreigners from I don't know were and don't care. But I hope they get what's coming to them both.
