I got a call from this number telling me I am being charged with a crime regarding a pay day loan I never even took a paid day loan

yeah me too. i never even took one too . their telling me to fax over my credit card info that why they will drop the law suit.

i received this call today asking me if i have a lawyer because i am being charged with fraud for some payday loan ask me do i have a lawyer i said no but my brother is a detective wanted his badge number i hung up and called police first of all you can  not understand them than he pass call to his superior who was worse

Ya this number called my husbands job-left a msg with his HR stating that my husband has a warrant out for his arrest and to return the call to OFFICER KEVIN NASH. Don't ever! And learn to speak English. Cops in my state don't have thick foreign accents nor do they have FL phone numbers. Don't worry-we peeped game u dumba**es!

ya, they called my job and told them they were the police and i got a warrant out..wat the hell!!!!

Run the other way as fast as possible because this is a SCAM!

These people are relentless.  Got a call today from the Bureau of Crime Investigation with phone threats of a criminal case being filed against me.  I was fortunate enough to speak with an Officer Watson and an Officer Anderson who is a supervisor.  When I turned the tables of Officer Anderson, he became rude and sarcastic.  These people are scam artists.  I asked if he was calling from a call center because of the high volume of noise in the background.  He had some of my pertinent information.  He was unable to give me any information regarding where he was located, only that he was calling from the Bureau of Crime Investigation.  I told him to go investigate himself because they did not scare me and I knew that he was perpetrating a scam.  He tried to talk over me by saying charges would be filed against me on Monday.  I invited him to do it so that I could promptly file charges again his bogus company.  Don't ever send these criminals money!  That is the bottom line, they want your hard earned money.  Isn't it amazing how they barely speak English?

it's a scam don't give them any money and change your number because they will keep calling you.
