Got that call today. Left a message on my personal cell and my work number. I am not going to call the number back. If I get another call, I will talking to the AG's office. I recommend you all do the same regardless what state you live in. I live in Arizona where payday loans (buildings and on-line) are illegal. I would strongly recommend everyone look at their banking information closely and if needed start changing your account information. It appears a company information has been compromised.

Received messages of the same sort as listed above....they are very hard to understand - and can give you no exact information regarding ANYTHING they're talking about.  Beware....I gave them no payment - they demanded I get an attorney and promised I would receive papers in the mail....

I EVEN WENT TO MY BANK ACCT. TO CHK. & NOTHING. THE GUY SOUNDS HINDU YOU BARELY UNDERSTAND WHAT HE SAYS AND HE IS RUDE ....
THE  F***ER  CONTINUED CALLING MY JOB AND STATED TO MY BOSS THAT MY SS# IS FRAUDULANT AND THAYT I WAS BEING INVESTIGATED. HE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE TO MY CO-WORKER. THATS RIGHT HE KEPT CALLING AND CALLING AND EVERY TIME HE GOT SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PHONE HE SAID THE SAME STORY. " IM SO EMBARRESED"!

HOW DO I GET HIM TO STOP CALLING?

HE FINALLY LEFT A PHONE # WITH THE AUTOMATED ANS. SERVICE AFTER HOURS FROM MY JOB. IT WAS 772-409-6079 BUT WHEN YOU  CALL THERE IS NO ANS.

A man named "Dean Johnson" if that's his real name called me on my cell and left a nasty message saying he was from the legal department at ASC Consolidated services and there was a lawsuit being filed against my name. I just got back to work and there was a note on my desk from my co-worker that he had called and left a nasty message with her saying I had legal documents I needed to take care of.  He was very rude.  He sounded like maybe he was Hindu.

I received several calls from this number today. The frightening thing is that they had my personal information. They told me they were with FDIC. The person sounded Indian and he was very rude and persistent. I hung up on them and they called my work. I called the FDIC and they said they would never call unsolicited. They also called from 772-409-6209. When you call those numbers back, they just ring but no one answers. It shows up on Caller ID as 000-000-0000.

Said a judgement against my social - called my work harrassed my boss while i was at lunch, left me a rude & demanding vm - c/b for name & addy and he told me he had a wife & hung up?

I got a call for about 2 days from ACS consolodations services says me and my mom owe a house loan that we never applied for.  He sounded Hindu and was being really rude and wouldnt give even basic info on the case.

Got another  call from 772-409-6079 saying something about a loan I was responsible for.

I received the first phone call several months ago - scared the jeep out of me because the person calling stated that he was a federal agent  and that I was being brought up on several federal charges. He read my complete SSI # as well as my address to me. As a single parent with a small child it was more than a bit disconcerting. The man then became extremely rude and began to use profanity when I questioned his " authority ". I did say " if I were being brought up on federal charges, wouldn't they simply come arrest me ?? " I tried to tell him that I had looked into a payday advance when things were particularly bad financially, but after reading the fine print and realize that the payday advance was nothing short of legalized loan sharking , I had decided against it. The problem, I believe, is that when you look into a payday advance online, they do ask you for personal information, including reference information. I'm not sure whether the payday advance companies are selling the information to these people, or they're hacking it, but they're getting it ! Today the phone calls started again and this time they also called the references I listed on the original form, stating that they would be responsible for my debt to them. As I never took out a loan I have no debt to them and even I had taken the loan out, they could not legally hold an outside party responsible - what a load of CRAP !! They are persistant and  ruthless though. I'm going to talk to a couple of federal agencies tomorrow to find out if we have any recourse. Let me know if there is indeed a litigation around this, I'd like to be a part of it

I got the same call from James Johnson this time and the last time he was Roy somebody. Same guy with the same accent, cant something be done about this crap?

these low lifes working for this company make me sick !  i understand we sometimes work for companies we arent fand of but this is just WRONG. they have left me messages stating that they are dea agents, the federal goverment blah blah blah !  for gods sake they can hardly speak our language and are going to call me an AMERICAN and try to hussle money from me, stupid bastards need to ask themselves is it worth their dignuty earning a living like this. at first yeah i was worried now i am just simply pissed off. My son got a call from these people saying he barrowed $700.00 and he never paid it back. First he never barrowed any money from anybody but me and second when they called him they broke at least 3 FDCPA laws so we are going to sue these people

i just recieved a call from a man (hindu) saying that my DL and SS will be really could not understand
but that I am in BIG TROUBLE regarding a LOAN (LOL did not take out a loan) and that I will summons to court..
this is not the 1st time he ahs called using another name James Kennedy and i am almost sure he has other names.....

No doubt you guys receive such calls, you lack so much in common sense. Most of you say Hindu,not knowing the meaning of it. Go educate yourself!!!

Yes they do have many different names , they called us one month ago with another name, same questions.. ss in question, then I asked him what company he works for and their license# and he then became very sarcastic, I laughed and said ok Steven! I am sure he was no Steven with his accent...

I have the same issue as all of you. When I called back to speak to the person who left a message on my Bosses phone they said he was gone for a month. The person name on the message was Eric Johnson and the number was 772-409-6079. The person that I talked to kept giving me different names. When i told him that I was going to file a report against him, he got mad and started to say obscene things to me.I don't owe any loans with Cash Advance or any other loan companies. he said that I had to pay back $7,500. I said yeah right, then just take it to court. he told me to go to the court building the next day at 10am (never said where). For one the next day will be Saturday, that how I know this is a fraudulent thing. I'm just upset that they have a lot of my personal info. those coordinates are in india.  The company that gave thses clowns the florida phone number is called TCG and is based in Miami.
I would also like to be part of a litigation if one should happen.  These guys started to be very abussive and profain and said some very dirty things to my wife and also told me what I could do to my mother.
I too am pissed and not scared, and also gave them a taste of their own medicine.  well see what happens.

OMG! Let’s keep it real. This company ACS is a collection agency for various payday loan places. I know I took out a payday loan and did not pay due to being un employed at this time. I've read the many post about them being fraudulent and a scam but really they aren't. Be real with yourself and admit to your debt even if you can't pay it. James Johnson called me every day for a week until he got me. This company is rude and stupid at the same time. I gave them a dose of their own medicine by advising them of the 3 major settlements recently awarded to people being harassed by creditors. I'm not working right now, realize I owe the money, will pay it when I get it but I be damn if your gonna threaten or harass me. Haven't heard from them

Received two phone calls from this number and they left voicemails. First one stated that I was in huge trouble, that I didn't have long, police were on their way, had my social security number and my ex-husbands name. Left a call back number 772.409.6079  almost unintelligible indian sounding accent.
Second call stated that I was to call to send $30 or $40 to a charity laughing in the background with the same call back number.

I got a call from someone named Richard Wilson who says he is with ACS.  He told me that I owed money and that they were filing a lawsuit.  He had information that he only could have gotten some how from my AOL account.  I never borrowed.  I told him to go ahead and file the lawsuit and that I would see him in court.

I got a call from this phone number and said they have a law suit against me and he was spanish and hard to understand..
