They've been calling me and leaving messages. I finally called to tell them to quit calling... they have my SSN and said I owed money to a company that I borrowed money from, and paid back, two years ago.

I'm creeped out because now they have my SSN, my phone number, and name, and know I'm for real because I confirmed all this.

hEY YOU GUYS they are now calling from 646 578 8461 as of TODAY and they told us they were with the Allison Law Firm (my a** they are) and their name was Matt Walker (sure it is, Habib). We video recorded the phone calls and put them on our YouTube account. One of them is extremely racist (just a warning). Go to YouTube and look under WiSuperiorEVPS.

Actually, it's not. It's a scam. If you request documentation of the "debt" and they will not supply it, it's a scam.

yes it is because i had received all documents for my case by the legal officers but these guys saved me by providing me the last option .... thanks to attorney Justin Rivera.....

I too got a call from these guys...they really scared me into paying them, but on investigation i found out they are frauds.

I too had a call and i had a debt too. but i paid through a debt management company who sent me a legal notice and a settlement letter.
If you ask these guys to send anything in writing they wont do it....It clearly shows that they are cheating people.

I agree its best to go through a debt management company.... they just ask you to go on their websites and make payment. They are really good and dont threaten with arrests. You just pay a nominal fee to them and they will settle all ur debts with the creditors.
If i get any calls for collection now, i just give them the debt mgmt company details and i dont get anymore of those threatening calls.
You guys should appoint 1 debt management company for peace of mind.!!!!!!

This call is nothing but scam. Somebody called me and said he was officer stanley smith and demanded money.
I have called allison law group and they said they do not have anyone named stanley smith on their staff and this was a fraud.
I have previously paid debts through debt mangt companies and have never faced this problem.
You are right peter, i will appoint one immediately to stop all this vulgarity.
Its better to pay their fees and get things done peacefully rather than getting threatened everytime.
Its best to go thru debt management companies linked to Experian as they make sure our credit report is not affected as they directly co ordinate with experian once the debt is paid or we start paying it.

Do not pay to anyone calling from this number. Its a scam. BEWARE!!!!!!!
