Call blocker might be your best bet.  ALso, don't pick up on phone numbers you don't recognize.

I have received 20 calls since I activated the tracfone thru Straight Talk on 6/7/14. These are the numbers I have received calls from. Per the internet they are all known fraud numbers. Why is nothing being done about these pieces of garbage. This also happened with 2 other phones I have had activated thru Straight Talk. I beleive the numbers are being sold to these fraud companies. I do not answer the calls as I have been informed when you answer the calls they companies can get personal & vital information from your phone in a matter of monments.

Do not waste your time with Donotcall.gov  Go to the FTC's website and file a complaint online. They will investigate.

Also, someone recommended "Mr.Number" as a call block app.  I downloaded it a few months ago and it works great.  I seen this number in my blocked list (which hangs up on them when they call) multiple times per day.  Clearly they can't take a hint.

I had another caller that continued to harass me so one Saturday morning (very early as I do not have to follow guidelines on when I contact them) I called and just babbled endlessly on their voice mail.  After 10 minutes it hung up on me.  I called back and did the same thing.  I set the phone by the t.v. and let them listed to an episode of The Sopranos.  Again, I was disconnected after about 10 minutes.  Again, I called back to babble.  Once more I was disconnected but when I tried to call back I got a busy signal.  I tried again...busy.  And again...busy.  SUCCESS!  They blocked me!

I've used this tactic more than once and it works every time.  These scammers don't want to take meaningless calls any more than we do.

The only thing going on is that these people are scammers and will try anything to make you cave in.  Don't do it.  I would call the Federal Trade Commission or Department of Justice.  We have to put a stop to this craziness.

KEEPS CALLING PUT HAS NUMBER BLOCK

I have been getting this phone number continues every freaking day, and the number keeps changing, HOW IN THE WORLD can I get this to STOP.  I didnt apply for any loan.  MAKE IT STOP.

Keep getting calls from them. Called them back to tell them to leave me alone and hung up. They tried calling me back. I answered again and advised them to stop bothering me.

This person has called me all day asking if I want a loan. I keep telling them no and to quit calling me. I hope someone can stop these people.  Getting very frustrated.

I have received 27 calls from this number since 7am.  I answered the 4th time it rang, around 7:30 am and asked who they were and why the heck they were calling me,  the woman on the other end of the line stammered in a foriegn language and hung up on me.  Since then I have received 5 voicemails during the course of the other 23 calls, some guy with a very garbled accent claiming to be "mike" and telling me my loan is approved.  I haven't applied for one...I blocked the number but they call from another similiar number... These scammers need to be stopped.

Got 5 or 6 calls from this number and 5 or 6 yesterday. No message left. We blocked it but were concerned about what is going on.

This phone number had called me and I answered, I said, "Hello"and to no answer. Another different number scammer has been calling me all day also, really sick of it.

I've received multiple calls from this number today telling me I've been approved for a loan I never applied for. When I asked them to stop calling, the man on the phone started swearing at me, telling me to suck his #@$%. I asked to speak with a manager, who told me more of the same. After I hung up, I immediately got another call from the same number. The caller just said, "#$%^ you."

this number called me and my 13 year old son answered the man on the line told my son he wanted to f*** him.  I do not know what this number is but it should stop.

This number is among many that has called me today. All of them have a foreigner with broken English asking for Troy and wanting to talk about a loan approval. 73 times in an 8 hr period! Almost every 15 mins. How the heck do we make them stop????

Caller barely speaking English got mad because I did not want to listen to his 'sphill' about a loan. . .

These bottom feeders called me 21 times in 3 hrs.  Some of them had different numbers..I finally answered and told them they had reached Lucille's W---e House..and if you called for a free piece of A--, then you have the wrong number..too funny..they didn't get it..PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY..if you can't speak English..some dirt bag is using these people, just hoping someone will fall for it..
