I have received these type of calls from 142 DIFFERENT numbers in less than six months. That's just to my cell phone. (I save the number to my "contact list" under SPAM, and give it a specific ringtone so the next time that # calls me, I will know it's a scammer). I don't have stats for my home phone, but I get probably just as many calls to that number. It's just that my phone doesn't have a way to save them all. I guess I can look at my phone bill and look at incoming calls?

It's getting to the point where I don't want to have a phone anymore. Not answering isn't an option, because it's still intrusive to have 5, 6 calls a day on each line.

These jerks continue to this day to place Harassing Calls to people including me... Just did the complaint to the Federal Do Not Call web site as posted above and gave them 3 different phone numbers I was called from in the last week and a half (glad I have an iphone) They use a Rotating Number list of their own so they NEVER Call you from the Same phone number.... the number listed above is by now NO LONGER USED... but they are still IN BUSINESS doing this same crap today.    If you have been getting harassing phone calls from "Heather" from "CARD HOLDER SERVICES"  it is a SCAM... it's about time the stinkin GOVERNMENT stopped this lousy company.... Ya THINK???
I get phone calls from them from numbers listed in NY - shown on my phone as (518)324-5401  then from MN (612)808-9783 then Wa. (253)246-8510 and TODAY from TX (281)217-0241.. It's CLEAR that the Governent needs to OUTLAW this 'Rotating phone number' machine/computer programing to STOP these companies from doing this..... SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!

if you, as a result of receiving one of the "Heather" calls, have ever had any actual transactional dealings with any of the companies possibly behind or somehow related to this scam (based on numerous web postings that may or may not be accurate), including American Debt Negotiators Coral Springs Florida, the Consumer Law Group Richmond, VA, Castle Funding LLC/FL Home Mortgage and Realty LLC, American Credit Counselors, Inc., PHL International Deerfield Beach Florida, BMV Corp or Metukon Corp.Coral Springs Florida, IXE Accelerated Financial Center, LLC Altamonte Springs, Interest Savings Today Ocoee, Florida, among others.  

If you have conversed in detail with the representatives of any of these companies about their services or, more importantly, gone so far as to receive written materials in the mail that contain identifying information such as names of company reps and return mailing addresses, or have ever been charged service fees on your credit card by any of them, please email the details to the aforementioned address.  On web sites like this one where people have been complaining about receiving these "Heather" calls, there are posts from people who have had such contact with some of these companies.  If you are one of those people, please email the details to the aforementioned address.  Action is underway in several state and federal law enforcement agencies intended to shut the real culprits down and sort out the innocent parties (if there are any) at the same time.

Call from "account services" message

I keep getting calls from 850-648-6744 but they are the same.  "Paul" from "IXE's Card Services Department" kept asking for my name, for verification purposes.  When I told him that I'd tell him my name (wasn't actually going to...) but that my number was on the Federal Do-Not-Call Registry, he hung up.  

Their # isn't disconnected - they just send all calls to voicemail, set it to not accept messages, and make the outgoing message "This number has been disconnected..."

This number called my work phone and stated my vehicle warranty was needing to be renewed i new that wasn't right and I was busy and so i just hung up. Later got curious and found this web sight

I got a call from tis no. which was telling me i won a cruise trip.

I've been getting calls from this nubmer of my cell phone.  I'm on the do not call list, but I keep getting this call.  Is there a way to stop this call?

received a call last night from this number.
I did not answer it.

I TOLD THEM YES, I WANTED TO LOWER MY CREDIT CARD INTREST RATE . THE LADY ASK WHAT RATE I WAS PAYING AND MY BALLANCE .I COULD TELL SHE WAS FULL OF S**T .SHE FINALY CAME AROUND TO ASKING FOR CREDIT CARD # I TOLD HER I KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND CALLED HER A FEW NAMES , SHE HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK THE # WAS OUT OF SERVICE, THESE PEOPLE ARE PFISHING FOR CREDIT CARD #'S

I have recieved this call in the past and now it is starting up again.  I am also on the dnc list.  I will file a complaint.

I received a call from this number on 4/29/08 at 12:34pm central time.  I do not answer calls that I don't know.  They called my personal cell phone which is unlisted! How do they get these numbers.  They did not leave a message.

I received this call also. I called my provider and had thier fraud department alerted to my account. I set up a miscillaneous block. Basically, anyone who tries to make a charge to my credit card or account who is a third party, other than my provider is denied. Once denied, my provider sees that a charge has been rejected (previously alerted to this activity) then researched by the fraud department.

Got this call today. It's an unsolicited call from a telemarketing "group". The pre-recorded name is Heather and she says she's calling about our credit cards and credit card services. She says your "credit is not a problem but if you'd like more information...." It sounds like that "Do Not Call List" is not working as it's the same message from this number last week: 303 280-8689.

Said my Warranty was up on my vehicle since i own 4 when i got a rep. he asked me to give him my auto info when i told him i own 4 vehicles you tell me which one your calling about, he promptly hung up, nice

This company is one of those companies that offer lower rates on a pre-recorded message. I have my numbers on the do not call federal list, but they keep on ignoring that. I am planning on reporting their number.
When i called back the number got a message saying that it was an international call.

the mafia could have a new business oppty here.. I would gladly pay $5 for them to KILL telemarketers.. they sould go PayPal and think of the millions hey would make.. I'd pay more to see the videos of the hits...and even more for torture

Got a call from them today - their machine basically droned on to my machine about being able to lower my credit card debt or something like that. Not the first time I've had the same message. It appears to just be a machine, since their message started to play as soon as my machine picked up.

Called Southern Bell to report this number and found out the number 772-664-4005 is being used as a phantom number to get around my blocking anonymous #numbers to my home phone.  Southern Bell asked if I was on the National No Call list and said to report the phantom number to them.

Got a call today between classes, didn't leave a message or anything.

Received a call this morning from 772-664-4005.  Never left a message.  I called the number back and it said has been disconnected and no longer in service.  Had a rekative of mine who lives in Sebastian call it and it ssaid the same thing"has been disconnected and no longer in service".

Reverse phone search show the number 772-664-4005 to be located in Sebastian, Florida, Brevard County.  It is a Landline handled by Southern Bell according to my reverse search.

I got a call from this number 771-664-4005. I pressed one to talk to someone, the message had told me this was my last chance to receive a lower rate on my credit cards. Well that is what it said 2 days prior when I hung up on the call. I spoke today to a gentle, he got my name and then asked if I had a visa or mastercard, I said yes, and he wanted the 1800 number off the back of it, then he said he needed my phone number (HELLO, IT'S THE NUMBER YA'LL CALLED ME ON), then he asked my date of birth, I said well listen, It might be a good deal to lower my rates, but I never give out my personaly information out over the phone, and my credit card information should be known to the credit card companies.
He said he would hook me up with the credit card company and I would press in all my information over the phone while he was on the phone.
I TOLD HIM NO!, He said okay, he understood.
Nothing is stopping these people from taking my credit card number and scamming me. He said I had to use a card that was not over it's limit, or one that can't be charge on.
Now you do the math, if you are trying to help someone with their credit card debt, you would not ask for one that you can still charge on and that is up to date on balances.
Something really really fishy about all of this.
