JUDY WILSON CALLED ME, TELLING ME THAT I PAID THE WRONG PERSON AND THAT SHE WILL BRING CHARGES UP AGAINST ME IN COURT IN RICHMOND, VA.  SHE WILL EXCEPT $400.00

I have gotten calls from so many different ones pulling the same scam. the last one was from this number. I was told I had a bad check from 2008 from check n go. this has been in a bankruptcy since 2010 and when I informed them of this they tried to say I cannot file that on bankruptcy. so after 5 minutes of explaining the bankruptcy law and asking for an address to file court papers to serve them for violating the automatic stay suddenly all was ok and she hung up the phone.
Seems the minute I start asking for addresses to serve them they all stop talking. I imagine they bought this for pennies and hope to sucker me into paying

SHE JUST CALLED ME AND STATED I HAD SOMETHING FROM 2008 THAT NEEDED TO BE PAYED OR SHE WAS GOING TO HAD ME SERVED WITH A WARRENT I STATED THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT MY EX HUSBAND WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY AND DIDNT AND SHE WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAYWER AND TO STOP THREATNING ME WITH SOMETHING THATS MY EX HUSBANDS AND IF SHE DOSENT STOP CALLING ME FOR THIS THAN I WILL HAVE MY LAWYER SEW YOU GUYS FOR HERRASSMENT

Why are all of the "satisfied customers" unable to spell and have NO grasp on punctuation?

"Judy", if you TRULY had "bad checks" out there, your BANK would have notified you, not a sand-maggot, illegal "company".

This caller has used about 6 different names and numbers to harrass me since November. I was stupid and fell for their scam last Aug and Sept- in which they proceeded to collect over $2,000 from me. DO NOT SPEAK WITH THEM OR GIVE ANY INFORMATION!!!

I got a call from this number by a Judy Wilson claiming to be from the Department of Investigations (WTF)! Anyway she left a message on my home phone and stated that a claim was being filed against me in my county for fraud. She listed a case number and asked if I or my attorney would contact ASAP. The funniest or weirdest thing about this whole situation is that a short time later, she called my boyfriend's brother-in-law which doesn't make since because other than my bf there is no connection between me and the brother- in-law! How did "Judy Wilson" get the brother-in-law's number when I don't even know it and have never had it and my boyfriend said he never had or ever used their number!?!?!? SUPER WEIRD!!!!!!

A family member received a call from Judy Wilson ( Investigator ) looking for me. You would think they would have all of my information like an address, work number or phone number if it was legitimate debt.  I've been at the same address since 2005, but it sounds like they've used people search if the only information they have on me is a relatives home number.  I returned the call and it went to a voice mail, no company was given just a name Judy Wilson.

my name is tess and i actually did go to jail b4 because of checks that i had written. judy wilson clld me and made me aware of bad checks i didnt remember i had and gave me opportunity to pay before i got locked up again. judy wilson is not a bill collector but by the way folks if people pay for the things they want and need there would be no need for bill collectors

I have been dealing with these "scams" since the original guys started up years ago. I started to really enjoy pissing them off and it became a game. Recently most of them have graduated to sexual talk and threats which makes me angry on another level. Downloaded Call Blocker for Android. Now I don't have to deal with their crap until they switch the number again. They got me today when I was busy, I interupted his little speech telling him I was going to fly to India and kill his cow for my BBQ. Sick of this garbage,

Got a call from this number leaving a message stating " There is a case being filed against me for fraud and I or my attorney needs to call right away or legal action would be taken". I love the added attorney as if I have a reason to have an attorney. These people are nightmares. She also failed to pronounce my county correctly. Don't let them scare you as they only get paid if the debt is collected. The lying goes along with that.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM JUDY WILSON LOOKING FOR MY DAUGHTER TELLING ME THAT MY DAUGHTER WAS WANTED FOR A THEFT INVESTIGATION. THAT FREAKED ME OUT SO I CALLED MY DAUGHTER AND SHE TOLD ME THAT WAS SHE WAS TRYING TO COLLECT ON OLD DEBT FROM 8 YRS AGO. THIS LADY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED BEFORE SHE GETS TURNED IN FOR HARASSMENT.

Judy, Lacey Parker, and Jennifer Wright work together to collect on old debts, they will use the term investigator Judy ...  They threaten to submit an affidavit to the police department to have you arrested to scare you into paying the debt.  Please make sure that it belongs to you before you agree to pay.  I am not sure what their company name is they do not give it out.
