I received a call at 10:45pm.  I have no idea who these people are.

It a call center that collects for wide range of jewerly chains including sterling and belten as well as those noted above ( Jared and Kays).  They are out of control!

When given a corrected phone # they still call the original, they receive payment and still call non-stop, they can't see the payments and  they obviously have incomplete feed back from the actual account receiveables of their customer companies.

They have no ability to see, change or correct a customer record and call everyone with the same last name in the community. As I said they are out out of control!

These jewelry companies are not being well served by this call center and they need to be fired!

JB Robinson Jewlers a part of the Kays Jewlers family bill collectors

A woman phoned and identifed herself from "Jared Jewelry"  She asked for "Bob Smith*" At first I thought she was trying to locate my son who has the same name as my ex-husband.  She said she was trying to locate the Bob Smith who was 47 years old. I realized she was trying to locate my ex-husband (we've been divorced for six years)  I asked how she'd gotten my number and she said it was on a list of possible contacts.
I concluded she was a credit collector (My ex owes EVERYONE)

Yesterday I received several calls from this number. They didn't leave a message. I don't know who they were. If you know, please post. Thank you.
