i have their ip address who should i give it to?

Receiving phone calls from 773-358-1968. Indian man says his name is Sean Parker (right!) Says if me or my attorney don't call him back within 24 hours he can only wish me luck as this situation unfolds on me.

I also get these calls at my office no less!  My guy's name is Phillip Morris.  I'm pretty sure that is the cigarette maker.  What a joke.

Same thing here, man with a very hard accent and a lot of back round noise, saying I'm being sued and if I did not pay 8000 bank to them in 24 hours I will be arrested at my place of employment and be in jail for 30 days. All I can say is that I wish them luck with what unfolds to them if they keep this BS up!!

I answered the call and pretend like I was praying... They never called back

I just received two calls from that same number 773-358-1968, threatening to pay them as soon as possible or they will send court papers to my house. At first, I freaked  out because I don't want nothing to do with the law and with my profession I can't afford it, so I proceed to tell them to give me something in writing stating who I owe this money because to my knowledge I don't owe nobody nine some hundred dollars, they said the only thing they can send me are the court papers, then I told them OK go ahead and do that, at least I will know who I'm dealing with. Then I got another idea telling me to call them and ask them for the name of their law firm since they did not identify themselves when calling me, that guy said that they are" Brian and Carlos Legal and Associates", so I googled it, and find nothing like this, then I googled their phone number, that's is when I came across with this website along with their long list of scheme. So I called the police to file a report because those people are really dangerous. They have people phone number, address, even social security number. They can do anything. I would advise anyone receiving their calls to do something about it, that way they might try to get a decent job instead of living off regular citizen's back.

Just got a call from this number (773-358-1968) for someone else in my house but the guy just sounded strange so I asked who he was he said "Officer Daniels" (in a Bahamian accent).  I chuckled and then told him that he had the wrong number and to remove MY number from whatever list he was working off of and he responded "Okay, have fun getting arrested tomorrow" and I said "excuse me"?  He repeated it and I laughed and laughed until he hung up.  What a joker!  Just another phishing call. Don't even waste the headspace getting worried about calls like these. If you truly needed an attorney the notification would be through the mail or through a process server IN PERSON. (Hopefully, not a fate that would befall any of you ;-)

Just a heads up - a fax (or phone call or email)  is NOT official notification.  It must be delivered by mail or by a process server.

Told me that they had legal action against. Stating that I owed them 8000. B***s*** I don't owe anybody nothing. Asked them to fax over afidavet and he couldn't. How can I stop these calls

OMG Jack Daniels, Harry Potter and Jonathon York, what the hell. How can we find out where these calls are really being routed from and catch them?

Same for me, the guy had a heavy accent, was not clear on the supposed legal firm he was calling for, said I was being sued. When I hung up on him, he left a nasty voice mail stating not to leave because he was sending "the cops" to my house. Who the hell are these people!?!

I got the same call 3 times in a row at my business this is resulting from someone applying for an online payday loan i told him i was allah and i was going to defile his house with pigs and he told me he would never call me again

Omg same here they keep call saying a better get attorney they won't give me a name who this is and when I call they answer with Law Firm who the heck is this?

I keep getting a call from this guy telling me i'm being investigated for taking a loan and not paying for it in February. he told me i needed an attorney and started calling me at work

i just got two calls fom this company. the numbeis out of hyde pak il.it is a scam. i told them i wouldmeethim and his boys at the couthouse first thing in the morning and he hung up real fast.

Received phone call person said he was "Jack Daniels", I or my attorney of record needs to call back. Very important.
Few hours later received call fro Harry Potter ".

Hiw do I stop these calls?

I get calls from this number all the time. It's usually some body with an Indian accent by the name of "Jack Daniels" saying that if don't resulve this matter I will be arrested. It is a scam, these people are trying to get you to think you owe money that you don't and try to collect it from you.

Receiving the calls as well! Saying I better get an attorney to show up in court if not I will be arrested at home or work! Hung up on the guy and then he proceeded to call my job!

I received two voice messages stating the same thing except mine was a female and her name is Jane Roderick.  They did not even leave the company or anything. Crazy.

Another one of THESE calls. Saying for me or my attorney to return his (Travis Marshall) call , do not disregard, extremely time sensitive,if I do not return his call all he can do is wish me good luck as the situation unfolds upon me. I get atleast one to four of these calls per week, always an indian accent,with an american name, tons of voices  in the background,different number every time!!! The first time I called the local police they listened to the call and called them back.They stopped for about 3 months, NOW it's weekly!!! If I block the number they just call from a new one,,
