Illinois requires roofers to be licensed under the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation. IDFPR has no listing for S&Z Roofing. No surprise here.

5/12/10 This really sounds like a sham company. No google for S&Z roofing in chicago or no phone number. 15 year guarantee on their roofs by a company that does not even have a website or directory listing? Right. removal number is 866-257-2075

And they are back again. Apparently the FCC did not get enough complaints prior to this fax, so I have submitted my stack of faxes from these rat b*****ds again. No surprises here that they changed their bogus removal number to 866-209-0789. Did a little google searching and found multiple businesses located at the address on the fax of 5483 N Northwest Hwy, Chicago, IL 60630, none of which are S & Z Roofing, but there is a C & S Roofing. Coincidence, I think not. Whitepages lists this number as a cell phone. The first time I got one of their junk faxes, I called and pretended to be interested in an estimate when I was really only trying to get the real company info for my complaint. Some guy cussed me out like a maniac and never did give real company info. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ANY COMPANY THAT SENDS THESE JUNK FAXES EVEN IF THEY APPEAR TO BE LOCAL.

S&Z Roofing/Chicago: Obviously bought a list from some fraudsters,,, You are who you hang with, so if they are dealing with fraudsters,,,, then they are fraudsters themselves..... Best not to have your "roof" fixed...

Junk fax from S & Z Roofing in Chicago. To anyone else who gets this fax, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY THAT SENDS ILLEGAL FAXES LIKE THIS. The removal number they list is 866-881-9377.
