I just received a call from Kevin Foster. Made him give me a mailing address and phone number.Supposedly "Brooks and Associates in Campbell California". The real Brooks and Associates is a legit CPA firm in Franklin Tennesee. These dummies are counting on fools not checking them out.

I have notified the real Brooks and Associates and contacted my state attorney general. These folks are trying to steal your identity.
The mailing address he gave me was1432 Hoffman Lane,
Campbell California. I am checking online city directory at present to see who is really there. It is probably a vacant lot. I also reported this to the postal inspector.

This guy called my work number and cell number...I haven't and won't call back and will inform my local police dept.

This guy called my work about 20 times today trying to get any info about me he could. Luckily the girls in the office know not to give out any personal info.

I got.a call from this number and it was a man stating his was an officet by the name Kevin Fostet. He said I would be served and.arrested. I have never been in trouble and I knew right away this was a SCAM. Be aware of this name and number. It 's definitely a SCAM!!!! He ended the call have a blessed day.

Said he was officer with Cyber Crimes unit. Kevin Foster. After talking with him for a short time I realized this man was a scammer

Got a call from a man claiming to be an Officer and claiming he was going to have me arrested, he never said for what, so I asked him his address and he said no, i needed to get his lawyer to call him and i called my lawyer and he said, oh Herman that is a scam and don't answer the phone and if he doesn't go away, i'll give him a call, its a lie and a scam this is a man trying to impersonate officers to scam money from people that have had their identity stolen.

Call 311....this will start an investigation...this "Officer Kevin Foster" will stop using a fake name....does anyone else's "Officer" have a strong island accent?

Spoke with the Chicago PD about this as well - they are looking into this number and will handle this.
There is no such entity - beware of this person.

I continuously receive this threatening call. I am sick of it.  I want to report this., But to whom?

HE SAID THAT I AM GOING TO JAIL  FOR CHECK FRAUD. I DONT WRITE CHECKS. HE DIDNT EVEN TELL ME THE COMPANY HE WIORK FOR.

I too received a voice mail from an "Office Kevin Foster of the Cyber Crime Unit" saying that I'm the "prime suspect" in a cyber crime and that I needed to call him immediately at 773-423-4055 or he would send officers to my home to take me to court.  When I called the number back I kept getting the recording that my call could not be completed at this time and to call back.  I tried for a day and a half to contact this man to no avail.  I finally called the Chicago Police Department to locate "Officer Kevin Foster", after all, the area code 773 is Chicago and he stated that he was an officer.  It seems that there is only one "Kevin Foster" on the Chicago PD and he is a patrol officer and would not be calling about cyber crimes and Chicago PD doesn't have a specific cyber crime unit.  The upshot of the situation is that this sounded like it might be part of a scam ring run by a bunch of Jamacans that the FBI are investigating.  IF you get a call from this number report it to your local police and have them contact their local FBI that this might be part of an ongoing investigation into "Project JOLT" (Jamacan Offshore Lotto Trafficing).

Got a call from this number ... (773) 423-4055 ... caller identified himself as "Officer" Kevin Foster with "Cyber Crime Unit".  Caller stated that I am a prime suspect in a cash fraud scheme and that I will be arrested in 2 days.  Ended voice mail with "have a blessed day".

Have called this number 30 times at all hours of the day and night and get "number not working" or "number misdialed".  Finally reached the "Officer" this morning.  He stated that he needs the name and phone number of my lawyer.  I told him I do not have a lawyer.  He then tells me that he will escalate to his "Superior" ... I asked him which "department" he is with and he hung up on me.

I have reported this incident to my local police department.
