call 1 (888) 438-2427 this is the number to Charter Communications customer service ask them to put you on a no call list

received 2 separate calls from this # on my cell.  Jan 29 at 10.25 am and Jan 28 at 10.25 am
no messages left...
I have no incentive to call back

How do you block your cell number?

This number has called me 4 times in the past 2 days.  Says it's from Illinois.  I don't know a sole in Illinois, so I did not answer.  Did not leave any type of message.  I AM on the Florida and National DO NOT CALL list.  

A call from this number comes in each morning, at the same time, it only rings 2 times then hangs up!

Yeah... Good luck with that.

Spam caller - "We are offering a $100 gift card to Walmart or Target. Press 1 ..."

Complaints filed with both state and federal do not call registries.
A robo call to my cell phone indicating they were offering gift cards to merchants in my area such as Walmart followed by a list of ?options? to press a key for.

Received repeated calls from this number even after requesting to be removed from their list.

I don't know anyone in area code 773.

I have gotten several calls from this number in the past week. It only rings once or possibly three times. They are calling my cell phone and I normally don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. Reverse search listed it to be in Chicago. I blocked the number by adding the number to my caller list and then instructed calls from that number to go straight to voice mail.

I called them back.. said I could receive $100 dollars in rewards from Target, Wal-mart,... click..i hung up.

I have been getting 3-4 calls a day from this number! I finally figured out how to block this number on my iPhone. Add the number to your contacts, then go to contacts and select this number. Down at the bottom of the page there is a "block this caller". Done! I am thinking it will be similar with other type phones as well. Good luck!

These calls are coming in from Merrimac, IL.  

Yes, it stops for a few days then resumes. So annoying

They call every day telling me I won a credit card/gift card. I tell them i dont want it they hang up and call again the next day

This is a scam!! When you call back and press a number, they will add a charge to your cell phone bill. DO NOT CALL BACK. You can block the number.

Don't know how they got my phone number. Automated Message saying I had won a 100 dollar gift card from a popular retailer like Wal-Mart.

Just call the number...choose option 1...ask them to remove your number...done.

When I answered was told won gift card. When they asked for my name to claim this wonderful gift card I told them Audrey, "Hepburn" yes the Audrey Hepburn , I came back to answer your calls, I have all the gifts I need. Perhaps you'd like to accept it for me. Then there was a hang up. Ya think they got the hint?

Next time I get a call I don't recognize I'm going to answer it and say, "It's done but there's blood everywhere!" and hang up ;-)

Receiving annoying phone calls from this number at all hours of the day and night

I continuously receive call from this number asking me to click another number and so on. Please stop them from calling me.

I got a call on my cell on 02/01/14 @ 12:09 PM from IL, USA. Our rule for the landline or cell phones is simple. If the caller isn't in your contacts or you don't know the name or #, you don't answer. No exceptions. If they choose to leave voicemail, fine. You can make a determination as to whether to return the call after listening to the voicemail. If in doubt use, *67 to hide your # from their Caller ID and don't give any information about yourself unless it's clearly a legitimate call.
I get a 5 to10 new scam calls a day on my landline which I continually block after checking 800Notes. It's been 6 months since I've received a scam call to my cell. This week I've gotten 4. I've blocked them but fear this is going to be a problem very soon. My family, whose #'s are all consecutive are getting the same calls. We block or reject the #'s depending on the type of cell. If the list is sold to other robo callers this problem will spread like a virus. Unfortunately viruses run out of hosts and burn out. Scammers never do, unless nobody answers!
