I have the number 866.654.0646, and because "Sergio" is such a fast talker many people have benn hearing 654.0646 instead of 865.0646 and calling us by7 mistake. Grrrr! Anyway I finally Googled "Sergio Hernandez" and "Lincoln Navigator" and it sure sounds like a scam. I tell everyone who nows calls about this that it must be a scam and do a little bit of Googling themselves.

He called me asked me to call 866-768-9227 to receive my prize, and to speak to Mr Russell, I called just to see what it was, and they offered me a prize for attending a West Gate time share presentation. Which I do not plan to attend, And I told them so. So if you get this call, tell them you do not need a time share.

I received a call from unk.subject asking for my daughter that had sent him an e-mail.
I hesitated and said that I was her mom and that she was a minor of under 18yoa, and ask him, what was the matter. As soon as I said that, he hung up and didn't explain. I don't know if this individual is an opportunist, but be aware of young teenager vulnabilities with sexual predators fishing and searching the internet. You girls becareful to put out information without your parents permission.

"Sergio Hernandez", a fast talker, left a message on our machine saying we'd won a Lincoln Navigator in a contest we entered at peoplepc.com, and told us to call 1-866-854-0646 to reach a prize coordinator.
Needless to say, we did not enter any contest, and the mailing address they had for us, which he quoted to try and be convincing, we had moved out of years ago.
They have been using other numbers to do this as well, and after researching it online it looks like A LOT of people have won new vehicles from good ol' Sergio and his buddies without even entering the supposed contest.

Answered phone call that I had won 1 of 4 prizes and to call a Mr. Russell at 866-223-5315 who would then call me back in 3 minutes. So just out of curiosity, I called. I called to listen to an automated message that in 3 minutes a Mr. Russell would call. He did call from 773-637-5038 to verify that the one of 4 prizes was won but he could not name the prizes. Then his "assistant" called to let me know a time and place would be assigned to me for my "award presentation". I asked her what email was submitted that won me this honor, she put me on hold and then came back and said that it was left on my answering machine. Pretty amazing since I answered all calls associated with this and none went onto my voice mail. This is an intrigue marketing ploy to get you to attend a presentation or "award presentation" to purchase a vacation package. Be wary! There is normally always a catch except if Ed McMann comes to your door!

My call was the same as everyone else. I too was told I won a Lincoln Navigator which ment a lot to me since I am a single mom and we could really use a new car. If this is a scam that is awful to do to people. I have not talked to anyone yet, I have been playing phone tag. I was not sure myself if it was real but I was wishing it to be real for my son and I. Well it looks like a scam from everyone elses reports but has anyone for sure found out it is really a scam. It is just not nice to do that to people. The number I was to call was 866-223-5315 and the number on my caller ID was 773-637-5038.

Discovery Vacations in Ft Mill SC - about the same thing as everybody else has said is what I got. Maybe a class action suit would stop them or we could all get a Lincoln Navigator from them.

We are on the phone with a 3rd representaive about this. Mr. Russell said we have a a scratch off of 1 of 4 tickets to win 1 of the 4 prizes.
1.) Lincoln Navigator
2.) 4 day 3 night cruise of the Bahama's
3.) $2600.00 cash
4.) 42" lcd tv.
They said we won this opportunity from an email address in the past 13 months. We have not used the address in question in 5 years.
We are to go to our nearest prize redemtion location to claim the tickets.
Ft. Mill, S.C.
We are now talking to Mrs. Smith.
We are to got to this location and see the receptionist and they will give us a choice of the 4 tickets to scratch off and they will redeem the prize on the spot.
They are now asking for our total combined income amount to verify elegibility to the prize. We refused. She said she is notifying her supervisor and he will be calling us back momentarily.
Name of the company is Discovery Vacations.

Nov.28,2008 I got a call from Prize Comm stating I had won one of four prizes one prize she stated was a Lincoln Navigator. The number the female called from was 773-385-9820. I was to call a Mr. Russell at 1-866-965-6374 and he would give me more information about what I had won. I enter alot of contest and have won many over the years of contesting but this not the usual way a judging agency contacts me of a win which may me go to my computer to google Prize Comm. My first thought was it is a scam and reading all the blogs, I guess I was right. Thanks

I got that call last night. Came online to look up the number and found this message board. I didn't call back. Thanks for confirming my suspicions that this is a waste of time.

Received the same call today. I "won" a Lincoln Navigator. Stated my name and email address correctly but had my wrong street address. Said to call a number but the guy left out one digit. Called the 773 number. A man answered and when I mentioned a prize he hung up quickly. Called again and it just rang and rang.

I was called today and told to call 866 203-7363 and speak to Mr. Russell to claim my prize which was one of four top prizes inclusing a Lincoln Navigator. This number told me to call another number which was a sex line. I guess I'm not alone in this scam!!!

My wife received a call from caller ID 773-637-4879: "PRIZE COMM" stating that "someone" entered her e-mail address & she had won a prize, call & confirm to 866-516-7311. This was a voice mail for a "Bill Russell" who was never available to answer his phone, but it is imperative for you to leave a message...he'll call you back in 5 minutes. Obvious scam-we also won a Navigator. Evidently a few holes in the "Do not call" registry

Called and said we had won a lincon navigator. She explained we had entered a sweepstakes on line and to call Mr. Russel at 1-866-557-4173. We were curious but very suspicious and called and got an answering machine that requested we leave our number for a time sensative matter - I don't think so!!! Looked up the number and found these similar stories - I hate these scam attempts.

Got a message at my WORK number saying I had entered a contest to win a Lincoln Navigator among other prizes, and my entry had been selected. The person calling said his name was Sergio Hernandez (but he sounded African-American..go figure)and I should call a prize director back at 866-768-9529. The original number on the message was a Chicago number 773-385-9668. They mentioned my home address and an OLD work e-mail that has not been in use for at least 9 months. And yes, I got the "thank you and have a blessed day" line too.
If you didn't enter a contest and don't know exactly who people are when they call you, don't even think about calling back. Scammers will try anything to get your personal information, even "blessing" you for helping them scam you out of your own money! They're going to have to get better because anyone can see right through their cheap-a** story.

Browns Comm on the caller Id, same story as all the other posts, no company name mentioned, but the contest was over and the number selected. i called, needed a call back # and stated an hour that the call would be returned. I expect that its a time share as someone mentioned but will post if its anything other.
