The number belongs to a bottom feeding collection agency.  Called four times yesterday while we were at work.  No message, just grunting on the answering machine.  Very professional ? NOT.  I've got bad news for them, if they ever stop breathing heavily - we don't have any debt, past or present.

These people called me today (I thought it was a cell phone number, pretty slick on there part) and have also called from the number the number (804)234-9064.  MRS called me 10 times in one day.  I did not even receive a letter from them.  The FDCPA states that they must send you a letter within 5 days from contacting you by phone.  MRS did not so they are violating the FDCPA.  Keep a record of all calls from them and then file complaints with every agency (BBB, FTC, Attorney General of the sate of NJ and the attorney general in your state). Also write complaint letters to the president of the company and the entire staff of executives at MRS.  Also email them. I do not know about anyone else but they collect for HSBC (which by the way is the worst credit card in history) they are trying to collect almost $600 for a alleged $300 debt.  I am planning on suing them and if everyone gets together there could be a class action lawsuit.
