Call keeps coming in. When I call back, get a message saying "All circuits are busy now...." Ugh.

I just got a computer call from this number trying to sell me warranty service on my twenty year old car. The company is "Warranty Help Desk" supposedly from Phoenix AZ but the call center is in Atlanta GA. Any information about this number will help, especially an address where I can send the A*holes a copy of the duly filed legal complaint.

this number calls but dosn't leave any message, I have gotten two other calls in the past 24 hrs of off the wall numbers that don't leave messages
973-678-0573 and 866-796-2215. Just weird that I all of a sudden get these calls and never had them before  someone is selling our information

I also receive calls from these annoying @#@##, there must be somthing we can do to shut them down. Any ideas?

These Morons won't stop calling our Hospital Switchboard, Nurse's Station or Patient's rooms.  This has been going on for 2 years!  Wish we had Call Block as a feature on all our phones.

I do have Call Block at home and it works!  We shouldn't have to pay to keep these Pit Bulls away, but it's been the best $6 mo. I've ever spent!  If everyone would sign up for this service - we could put all of them out of business.  When they realize that their calls are dead ending - they quit calling.

The caller ID's that come in from these telemarketers are not valid numbers.   They are faking out the caller-id information to become random numbers so you cannot call them back.

I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office because I am on the Indiana Do Not Call list. If they can get in touch with Jason Siergey or whoever is doing all this calling, he will be fined $10,000.

Just FYI I have also filed a complaint with the FCC. Ref#08-T00281237. NOt that it will do any good. Same poster as above.

I spent about an hour being passed along a line of "reps" who were all supervisors and they could not give me one bit of information about their company.  have a Stephanie, Mike, and amanda. When I inquired about their services they refused to give me any info on the bsis that I may "start trouble". Where can we go from here?

I received a call and they made mention of health care solutions, when I asked who they were they hung up. I tried to call the 17736654227 number back immediately and received a recording the fone no longer in service or has been dis connected.  12/10/08    12:20pm

I have been called on a consistent basis about 3-4 times a month.  My number has been on the Do Not Call registry for 3 years.  They never give out info, I have tried and begged and pleaded and SCREAMED at the people, they wont listen.  WHO ARE THESE GUYS.  What is their angle, they never seem to even bother trying to actually sell car warranties.  I have called FCC to complain 3 times already, and have sent 4 complaints to the donotcall.gov site.  PLEASE someone post if there is any legal action against these clowns!

I too would be happy to participate in any legal action taken as I am currently at wits end.  There is absolutely no way to stop these people from calling.

I keep getting these calls at my workplace.  I have told them twice that this is a business, and to please stop calling.  They have told me twice that I have been removed from the calling list.

I get these calls all the time and they go to my cell phone numbers. I went so far as to tell the caller that I wanted the service just so I could get the company's name. They asked what car I wanted the warranty coverage on and I screwed up by saying it's the car you call me 20 times a week on. The woman hung up on me.

I received an automated call stating that "this is our second attempt to reach me, and if i didn't respond in the next day my car's warranty would be moved to termination, press 1 to move to termination, 2 to talk to a help desk person".  Having a new car of 1 year, i pushed 2.  A Justin Anderson picks up and begins asking if i would like to renew my warranty coverage.  i said i thought i had coverage for up to 100,000 miles. He asked "how old is your car?" "1 year" i answered.  I asked him "how this could happen, or what did i do or not do to get on this list?"  "He said" We get lists from auto manufacturers and sometimes the database gets wrong info". I said "i want to speak to your supv." He said,"I am the supv". I said "then your manager." He says "I am the manager", i then said "then his boss, get me to the top."  He said, "well, it seems you are not interested in our coverages, so i'll let you go."  I said, "no...who are you, what's your name."  He said, "Justin Anderson, Warranty Helpdesk based in Pheonix, AZ".  I told him i would pursue this further, and of course he was in a hurry to say good-bye so he did.  I am compelled to report this.  Please supply any info to my cause.

Did not pick up.  I blocked this TM on a another number they were using.  Now this is a new number same BS...(my cell phone)  I have AT&T, I think they Sold my number..

Got a call on my pre-paid cell that only 1 other person has.  I did not answer.  This call cost me money and I don't know who they are!  grrrrrrr

Typical b.s.:phone rings, no i.d., I hang up. I google the number and here I am. Will wonders ever cease? Yes, after this s**t stops.

I received a call on my cell phone yesterday afternoon (11/06/08) from this number. Not knowing the number I didn't answer the call, but then became curious and cslled the number back a few minutes late and got a "is not-in-service or has been disconnected" recording.

I got a call from this number also but I was too busy to answer. I'm glad I saw all of your comments, now I won't waste time answering the idiot. I should answer and tell him I have special connections to the Federal Trade Commision and that he has precisely 3 minutes to evacuate his location before the police arrives. Ha! Someone please do that if they call you back!

i always get a recorded message about extended warranty coverage for my automobile...... please make it stop!!

I've been getting calls from out-of-town area codes that I don't answer them. They're probably the same recorded message that people have been getting for their car warranty. Whatever.

I just got the Warranty call from this number. When I asked if it was a scam, the lady hung up.

Repeat of all the above complaints. I have been getting calls on a weekly (and sometimes daily) basis for over a year now from this Warranty Company. I have hung up on them. I have been hung up on when I've questioned them as to who they were. I have pushed the number that they say to push to have your name removed from their list. I have talked to them and have asked for and talked to their supervisors requesting my number be removed from their call list. I have threatened to sue them. They keep on calling and now they are calling my cell phone which cost me money for each call.
