I picked up and it was a recording.  I don't recall the exact words, but it certainly could lead one to believe, without actually saying it, that the call was from a credit card company with which I do business.  I was warned that it was my last chance to lower my bills (or something like that).  I was to press one to speak to a live representative, or two to be removed from their list, or so I thought.  So I pressed two, and a live person answered.  I told him in no uncertain terms to never call me again.  We'll see.

This sure smelled like a scam to get me to reveal my credit information.  These tactics are truly slime, I can see how in this economy, with millions of people in serious financial distress, someone could fall for their little game.

don't know who keeps calling from this number, but it sounds all broken up

Tell them you'll lower their blood pressure by decapitating them.

recorded message when I answered, wanted me to press 9 to speak to a live operator about lowering my credit interest rate...

When my machine picked up, they hung up without leaving a message. Never heard of Inspired Mktg, and when I did a reverse lookup it said it was an unlisted Chicago landline.

CALLS started this week. 11am. 4pm 730pm. I finally answered they hung up.
