Don't Call

The wrong-person technique is used by some telemarketers to mislead victims. They ask for a random name like David to blindside you, then pitch their sales crap.

Called looking for david told them wrong number they confirmed it was my number started to claim something about "Dream of a Lifetime Sweepstakes" hung up as I don't trust any legitimate company would pitch something to someone who wasn't the person they are calling for.

This number has called me about twice a day for the past couple days. When I answer, they hang up. When I called back, it rang, then gave the dial tone...

Some weird offers.. Dont' even talk to them. They might try to reach you from different similar numbers.
