This caller has successfully beaten my call blocker, specifically programmed to be blacklisted. I simply bump the call without answering.....oh, about 5x per week for the last 2 weeks. I am more concerned that whomsoever has the ability to work around my call blocker rather than who they may be.

yeah, I answered this number, after they called about 5 to 6 times within the week, so I answered finally today, when I answered though, all I heard were like a lot of people talking in the background. when I said "hello?" no one answered and then the line just went dead. Then they called later in the same day, so I answered and it was a woman, she gave no name, no company name either, she then told me that I had completed a form for some sort of grant from the government for school, or for a house loan, or whatever I may need it for, also that this "grant" was basically free of charge, they would not ask for anything back. I was skeptical and wanted more info from them, so I asked "what happens now?" She told me they would send a form or document to my email, which they had on hand apparently, and from there all I needed to do was complete the form, username, password, etc. etc. and then I can choose how much money i needed. I then interrupted her and asked her if she had the right person because I couldn't remember doing any applications or whatever the case may be. Before she could answer, my phone line lost reception, or the call was lost. I don't know what happened there, but i tried calling back and exactly like others said, it would not ring for a couple seconds then it would go to the "busy" signal.

they actually left a message on my voice mail.  ''Hi this is Brian...how are u doing today?......"  and then silance.   seems to me like a tellemarketer.

A male voice on 773-681-5384 breathed heavy and said I'll die in 3 days

I just started getting them, starting last Friday. Friday my ex was ordered to wear an ankle braclet for breaking an order of protection. So I will get a call if he gets within a mile of me, so I thought it was that.When I answer there is only silence, and when I call back the same result as you do. Are you still getting these calls?
