these people are getting on my nerves. they keep calling me and threatening me that if i don't pay back a wired loan that was so called sent to my account (which i never received) that i will be sent to prison. ha, all i can say is keep waiting. if they trying to scare me they need to check themselves and find somebody else that will fall for that. not me.

this guy has been calling me for a month about a debt that i am supposed to have with them. they have been harrassing me and even been talking nasty to me. i continue to tell him that i dont know what he is talking about but he start to tell me that they will come to my job and find me.

You must be working for this company!  There are no criminal consequences to not repaying a debt or a payday loan.

This number called me over ten times. The first time they called me they said they were one company name for a lawsuit , my husband figured it was a scam and got on the phone and cursed at them and they just cursed right back. Then 2 weeks later they called my work number saying they were from Parker and Parker law office. I hope they don't keep calling my work, at least I can ignore my cell phone. I'm a teacher and it looks bad when the secretary is taking messages for me like this.

THIS IS A DEFINITE SCAM . THEY ARE USING MANY DIFFERENT GOOGLE NUMBERS TO MAKE THESE CALLS. FROM 909-773 AREA CODES. ANYTIME THEY CALL YOU JUST CUSS THEM OUT AND THEN CALL BBB AND REPORT THE NUMBER. THESE PEOPLE DON'T EVEN LIVE IN THIS COUNTRY. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO STEAL YOUR INFO

I got a call from Steven saying that i owe them $1500 and if i dont pay them they will sue me. Stupid people.

I got a call from this guy saying i took out a payday loan in sept of 2010. which I did not. He stated we know you have no intention of paying this loan back. He says he is with cash advance went to there web site a there is a fraud alert warning post. so i am going to call the police. i did recently take out a payday loan. which i am in the process of paying back. The people sound like they are from india. hard to understand what they are even saying.

On Tuesday April 19, 2011, I received a call three times today from 11am-1pm CST leaving three harassing voice messages from Michael(Mike) Goose or Cruz.  I could not understand his voice clearly. His phone number is 773-741-6599. He claimed that I have a serious legal allegation on my name and social security number and that it is very time sensitive and urgent. He said on the second call that a complaint was on my name and social security number. He stated this was a high attempt and that there are offenses against me. He stated that if I did not call, they will call my workplace. On the third call he mentioned claim attorney of records. He stated, ?if he do not hear from me or my attorney or return his call, than he wish me good luck and that this situation unfolds on you?.
I spoke to Paul Johnson around 3pm CST 773-741-6484 who claimed that I owe a payday loan of $600.00. I asked him what type of loan and what is the name of the company I owed. He did not know. He told me that I was recorded and that the debtor was on the line. I told him that I am already paying on a payday loan. I told him the company name and he stated it was the company that I just told him. He was very unsure of himself. He claimed that the company said that I was running away to make payments and that my name and social security were reported to higher authorities. He did not even mention to me the date of my last payment, date of my deliquency, date I applied for the loan, the original balance, nor my account number.  
After, I told Paul about my recent payment that I made with the company or the person of that company. He asked for the person's name, my case number, and phone number. So I gave him the information. He claimed that he was going to call him and that I did not have to worry about contacting him because of the higher authorities and that my case is with their firm. He told me about making payment arrangements with him. He asked did I have a banking account and I told him no that I only had a debit card. He asked for my card information and I gave it to him.
He asked me did I have a fax machine so that I could fax him something on a piece of paper stating that I will make a payment with my debit card resolved this matter. He claimed he will fax the forms to me in regards to this matter. I asked him could he email them to me. He said he could not. He seemed to find very unusual emailing the forms. He sounded very irritated in his voice. He told me to go to the library or the copy center so that I would fax the paper to him and he will fax the forms back to me. He said that he must have the forms and a forwarded copy of paper stating that I will make a payment with my debit card today. He claimed that it would save my ratings and my credit.
I told him that I unable to do it today and could he just email the forms. He refused, but finally said that he will email the forms to me and he never did. I confronted him being a legitimate company, he said yes ma?am we are Parker and Parker Law Firm of Chicago, Illinois. In regards to, the date of my last payment, date of my deliquency, date I applied for the loan, the original balance, nor my account number.  He only replied by saying um um, there are lots of complaints, as I told you higher authorities, you agreed to four installments to pay back the loan.
I called the person of the company that I am making payments to and told him about this situation at 3:30PM CST. He stated that Paul never called him. So he checked into this situation he did not get an answer at all from Paul. He stated that they have other numbers and according to his research, he told me that this company is definitely a scam and not to give them any money.
On Tuesday, April 20, 2011 at 12:26 pm Michael Goose or Cruz left another voice message saying that he will be losing my file and that he was forwarding my file to the legal department.
In sum, it is a crime shame being a victim of this situation. You do not know who to trust anymore. Please do your research.

These guys are scammers. If you hired a lawyer and paid them money, that is your own darn naive self's fault. There is no reason to hire lawyers for these guys unless you want to take them to jail. In that case, do all you can do.

Please everyone go to the better business bureau at bbb.com and file a complaint using the phone number. The more complaints that are written, the more the Chicago Better Business Bureau will investigate. Be detailed. These scammers need to be in jail.

These people are just preying upon people who are naive enough to give in and give them a credit card number. Do you even know what your debt was for? These guys aren't real. They are not even registered with the Better Business Bureau. Real debt collectors at least allow you to get more information and do not yell and interupt when you are trying to ask legitimate questions. People can say whatever they want over the phone. Don't pay them anything. Go to the Better Business Bureau at bbb.com and file a complaint.

F'n guy calls my cell phone today and asks if I know a Mike Shelton, I reply with no.  He then asks me if my name is Mike Shelton, I also reply with a no again.  The A***ole then asks me and I sure I'm not Mike Shelton.... I'm like are you f'n kidding me?  I know my motherf****n name, how dare you call my motherf****n phone and ask me if I'm ssure I'm not Mike Shelton.  What's your name motherf****r?  You know what if you ever call my motherf***in phone again, and ask me if I'm sure of my name, imma come look for you... now get the f**k off my motherf****n phone a***ole.

Somebody called me today; said his name was Michael Goose!! with the 773 number! LOLOL.. and called my hosue!! Scam s***! I'm not buying it.. they want money from me, come and get it!!! LMAO!! F*** them!

I received calls at work and on my cell from these people.  Paul in the law office of someone - I couldn't understand him.  These people will not listen - I told them that I never had a loan with the company mentioned and they kept saying over and over again that they would see me at the courhouse...I told them to send me something in writing because they were getting nothing from me over the phone. I didn't even confirm my dob or ssn because you never know if they will use that against you. I called them about 5 times and talked to Paul - he finally said that they were closing my file and that he would see me at the courthouse.  I was so ticked at them that I finally told him to stop talking so I could talk to him - he just talked over my words!  They are not getting a dime from me because I don't owe them anything!
I want this stopped!

Got another one of these calls today he said his name was mike and had very broken english claiming we had unpaid loan.  This is the second scammer to attempt this the other was from excel law group.  This is so frustrating.  I will not give them one red cent because we have never defaulted on a loan.  What has been the outcome for anyone else from these calls.

These people called me today saying that I defrauded them for not paying the loan no money was ever even sent to my bank account for a loan  said they would be seeing me in court so loan company's do sell your information

Called trying to collect a debt.  Said they were with Parker and Parker Law Firm.  Will not release any info to the police about who they are.

Maybe they should hire a scammer that can put together a good english sentence!!

Got a call from this number stating we were listed as a reference and we needed to pay our loan which we never signed for or took out. This guy spoke in broken English and said he was from Parker and Parke Law Office.
