its a scam don't listen to them they did the same thing to me that the cops were going to be in my house in about thirty minutes and the cops never arrived i talked to the cops and the cops told me they were not taking me to jail, they don't take you to jail for pay day loans, thats a waist of time. so don't listen to those scams, they are breaking the law. we have to be more aware of this monsters.

Have been receiving phone calls from the same area code the only thing different is the last four digits of the this number. Kevin Walker from the Law Offices of Parker and Parker. How did you make him stop! He is harrassing me at home and on my job, cursing out my employees and using all types of foul language. The accent is very heavy and he keep changing his name from Kevin Walker, Sean Smith, and Jim Johnson. Please tell me how did they get the information to contact me on my job or my address. I did not have a payday loan  with cash advance america (lower case - so I know this is a scam) so I know this is not a true collector.

I get this call all the time saying they are going to prosecute me if I don't call them.  Its a bogus number.  I have filed several reports against them to my local FBI office, my local police department and to the customer care center.  They are all aware of the calls and told me it was a prank call.  The number they gave me was 773-741-7351 and he told me his name was Josha Black.

I just got a call from these losers too!!!  I told them that I never eceived a loan and didn't owe them any money, so to stop calling!!!

The website attached to this so called law firm is under construction and law firm does not appear to be real. Check it out-google it...these guys are telemarketers preying on people's fears!!!  

In the event they are monitoring this site, everyone, file a report and a complaint with the FCC and the federal trade commission immediately. Also file a complaint with the Attorney General of your state and the attorney general in Chicago-773 is a Chicago area code...the best defense is a good offense!

I just received a call from this same 773-741-6599 number...the message they left was from the lawfirm of Parker and Parker and there was a lawsuit about to unfold against my name and social security number....I should call before something happens....Don't these people ever get tired....they prey on what they believe to be unsuspecting persons......payday loans, check frauds you name it...they can't seem to stop!  The best defense is if you happen to catch them-tell them to send what they have to your attorney and he will deal with it.....guaranteed you won't get anything-but the poor slob who thinks he's in trouble may wind up sending hundreds of thousands of dollars to them just to make it go away!!! Beware and be careful....

been recieving bogus constant calls about a supposedly payday loan i never had.

Same incident, except they use the name Michael Jordan and the actor, Adam Scott. Idiots are using celebrity names. The call back # they used on me is 212-389-9504. The idiot indicated he was trying to collect a debt on behalf of Cash Advance.

Some guy named Jason Miller called from this number stating they are from Parker & Parker stating that I had a cash advance lawsuit against me. I have already filed a police report  from another company that tried to scam me with this crap. Don't listen to them, it's a FULL SCAM.

What do these fake debt collectors hope to accomplish? I told them flat out  i know about the scam so why are they still calling?

this is a original company not any debt collection agency.so don't worry about that. be helpful to them.

I've been getting the same calls for the past week. The numbers I get have area codes from Washington, Illinois, and New York. The men say their names are Steve Rodgers and David Parker. Same thing as everyone else. According to them, I'm being arrested tomorrow at work! It's so annoying because they keep calling and calling. I already told them I was going to report them and they won't stop. How long do they usually do this for? I'm so done with them!!!

The same person has called me today from 773-741-7351 he has called me 4 times so far today....AT WORK.  I told him that no law office would ever talk to me this way.  when I asked where he was calling from he said " my house" I told him yep you are a scame and I am reporting you.  he hung up on me and told me that he would send the papers in the mail and that what ever fell on my head was my issue.

i recevied a call today from 773-741-6484 stating i had an outstanding payday loan wouldnt give me the name of the place or anything. He had all my personal information. i told him that i never received a payday loan and i wasnt paying for money i never received. i told him he could whatever he wanted to and he said he would see me in court. what should i do?

This number with a man calling himself "joshua black" and from another number named "Matt Harper", are calling me telling me I have a $300 balance with "cash loan USA" which I do not...both men have a heavy accent and are saying that I am running away from the law and refusing to pay which has serious consequences....I told them that I know they are scammers and that I will be reporting to the police if they call me again. They even called my work place, which is very embarrasing. I haven't recieved any more calls since threatening to contact the authorities.

i got a call from 773-741-6599 they said i need to pay a debt and i own 3,000.00 or they will have me in jail if i didnt pay i canged my home phone number and now they or calling on my cell phone.  i told them to stop calling me and i also told them i was recording every call the guy told me to f*** off and he didnt care.  i called the police they said the best thing to do is change my number but how mean time do i need to change my number?

I told him I'm the daughter of a paralegal and I have legal counsel. I informed him I reported his number and if he calls me again I will report him to the authorities. I did inform him of the laws of the state, I have the legal right to know who is suing me. He gave some ridiculous answer, I did check my credit and there is nothing against me, which I also told him. If he calls me again, I will report him again...and continue to do so..

I am getting harrassment calls from this as well as 7737417498. They seem to know the last four numbers of my social security. I have no legal action against me. The voices are Indian and cannot tell me who is pressing charges against me. Because there are none!

Tell them u have contacted the attorney general and federal trade commission and you have a law suit against them and every call you have been recording.......

This same gentleman is calling my husband's work EVERY SINGLE DAY, wouldn't leave a number till TODAY!!! I am almost afraid to call them back as I don't want them getting ahold of my Cell Number, but I don't want my husband to get fired either for being harrassed at work by these imbasuls(sp?) as he works in a Factory. This guy keeps calling saying I took at a pay day loan which I have not and that he is going to sue, blah, blah,  He calls nearly every day and says he represent the law office of Parker and Parker. he has even called my work number. Received a call from 772-236-8431 but was unable to call this number back. 773-741-6599 was listed as the call back number. First person I spoke to was James Smith who told me to hold for restoration officer. While placed on hold, there was music that sounded like that of the ice cream truck. Then a guy named Kevin Walker came on the line stating he was a restoration officer and there was a file claimed against me with cash advance mutual for $200. I told him I would have my lawyer contact him back and the call back number doesn't work. Kevin Walker stated it may have been a glitch in system and my lawyer could call them back. Both men I spoke to seemed to be the same person both had a very heavy accent. They also sounded a lot like a guy named Michael who contacted me previously  saying he was representing a cash advance place as well.

This company called me and my job number with a threat to contact references.  He had a heavy accent. I'd be willing to bet we are talking about the same individual/business.

parker and parker called me stating that i owe them 500 dollars, and middle eastern accent. i knew it was a scam, and laugh at this jerk, i told him if you want 500 dollars from me; you better take a number and wait!!
