Just got two missed calls from this at 10:00am ... i'm in toronto. good thing i didn't pick up.

Called my cell at 10:00 on a Sunday morning.  On dnc.  Number not known to me so I did not answer:  obvious scum bags.

I'm in Toronto and got a call from this number this morning (Oct. 6).  Dude said his name was Sam Parker (LOL) but nothing else he said was even remotely understandable.

I just got a call from this number, didn't pick up, no msg was left. I am Toronto, Canada

got called today @ 10a.m. said that I had filled out a coupon from kmart, zellers or walmart and had won. Two of these stores don't exist in toronto. I asked who won, and he hung up. I wanted to play along and annoy him for as long as i could, but he didn't give me the opportunity.  

I try to keep them on the line for as long as possible so that they can't victimize others, for at least that time period and they lose money for not making any sales. It's the only way to end telemarketing. The DNC list is usless.

Got the call on my Toronto based cellphone.  Dealing with a family emergency today so I ran to get the cellphone when it rang.  Didn't answer it when I didn't recognize the number.  If there are so many of these calls (4 pages of complaints) why can't Bell Mobility block the number from calling into their system?

I just got a call from this number 773-747-4422 on Oct 03, 2013 at 12:43 pm saying that they are 'consumer marketing company' and I filled out a coupon at Walmart, Zeller or K-Mart and this coupon is being selected........will give me 5 stars hotel.......and I replied I am not interested....she hung up right away.  I am Canadian having 416 cell number. I should not pick up the phone.

They called twice and it was some lady with an accent yelling in to what sounded like a cellphone

she said i think she was from suite life? and i filled out a ballet in walmart or zellers...i said zellers is closed to be dumb and she hung up

just received a call, answered but person just send "hello hello" and disconnected. callerId same Illinois, US.

Someone called with "+773-747-4422" number and I said hello! He said, "I am John, manager of freaking life." then I said, what? Right away he hung up the phone.

Just received a call from them.  Rodgers in Toronto.

Yeah, well, I received a call from this number too (Sun, Sep 28, 9:56AM).  Couldn't quite make what they were saying.  Sounded like a female voice with a Russian accent.  I am in the Toronto area.  Of course, it is a scam.  Simple rule - trust your instincts, be suspicious of any one you don't know calling you, and never give out any information to unsolicited callers (tell them you will call back).

Yep just got the same thing didnt even understand the accent! I was like what ballot from where? What Store? What Contest? couldn't even answer it !

I received a call earlier today but didn't pick up. I'm also in Canada. The call is from IL, USA.

P.S.:  What they are really after is any identifying information - name, address, phone number, any credit card info or income data.  Then they create Fake IDs in your name for more fraud and other related crime (like Fake Passports).

Also received call at 1:32pm on my personal cell - while I'm working, so didn't answer.  Don't know anyone in that area code and display said "Unknown Caller".  Since this isn't listed and VERY few have it - knew it was yet another robo-dailing scammer.

I've researched 'Consumer Marketing Agency' before - its a fake name for a non-existant company.  These scammers try to establish ANY 'valid number' then try various 'campaigns' trying to get your personal info; they also sell/share the lists.  If they find a number is valid, then you get more calls - so don't try calling back or provide any info.  If you happen to answer, just hang up.  These are crooks and you are nothing but a 'mark' to them; the numbers on your display are 'spoofed' - faked, and they call via VoIP/computer; real business don't operate this way.  Being rude or obnoxious just sets you up for 'nuisance calls' (targetting repeated dialing [perhaps several times per day or at odd hours] just because you ticked them off).

Received a call from this schmuck as well 773-747-4422 at 12:12 pm.  Wanted the owner of phone. I said who are you and what do you want? Is this telemarketing? He said no, he's the manager of Consumer Marketing Agency.  I said do not call this number again, it's a private unlisted number and hung up.  He had a slight south asian accent as well.

Got a call from this number + 1 (773) 747 4422 on my mobile today at 09:58 hrs. Did not pick up and no message left. I am in Canada.

I got the call, they are just fishing for names to associate to the number they just dialled, a number they most likely dialled at random. i asked them to hold for a minute and told them "I can't hear them because i'm only wearing a towel" after that i proceed to get really excited about winning. I then turned angry fast and said to them "if you have my info you can mail me the prize" at which point they hung-up. i called back from a different line and blocked number and it rang tens times before i was disconnected.

i say have fun with them without ever giving your information out. if it's going to happen make life entertaining haha

I received a call from the same number. So did one of my colleagues. I believe it is tied to telemarketing of some kind. I too am based in Toronto.
