Someone called me from this number yetersday but didn't leave a message

Man with a very thick accent trying to give me a $100 gift card.  He wanted my name and address to mail the card to and my credit card number to pay the $3.00 shipping cost.  I told him I won't give info over the phone and he said he was shipping a package of his company's products for me to evaluate.  If you are trying to scam me, at least keep  your story straight.  I get calls from this person constantly from different numbers from different states.  He is using VoiP which will show up on caller ID as a number from whatever state he is bouncing his call from.  As you all know, NEVER GIVE PERSONAL INFO TO SOMEONE CALLING YOU OUT OF THE BLUE.  It doesn't matter how much they try to sound professional, you don't know who they are.  Protect your identity.  If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
