They just called me as well. Left a message but I accidently deleted it before listening to it.  The area code is from Illinois?  I don't know anyone in Illinois, so I don't care.  Caller ID said "COMM GROUP MITC"  no idea what that is...

Calling at that time of day violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  I'm sure they are a collection agency and are bound by that law.  I would report that to your State's Attorney General's Office.

I have no doubt they are bill collectors and that this is some tactic they are using to get people to respond to them.

I just looked this up on Whitepages.com as "reverse phone #" and the service provider on this phone # is: Comcast Phone of Illinois
So I wrote Comcast of Illinois an email that a scam was coming from one of their phone #'s.
We'll see if they will do anything about it.

Received a call from 773-891-5591 at 6:54 a.m.! Woke us up on a Saturday morning and my hubby was not happy about that, being the only day he can sleep in a little later. We did not answer as it came across on caller ID as "Prize Crd Srvc". No message left on voicemail. We screen all incoming calls before answering. So many scams out there and if in doubt, let them leave a message and we will call back!
I reported this call from 773-891-5591 to the National No Call List. We have been on the list since 2007.

Keep reporting this scam!

they claim you have won something -- but never say your name although supposedly they have a form you have filled out -- give you a number to call that is different from the number they called from -- SCAM.

Call from 773-891-5591. Said her name was Michelle from Dell Communications.Also an entry form to win a new car was filled out with my name 12-18 months ago.I have won a new car! Whoopee! I just bought one. Left number 866-312-9553 ext 243 for me to call imediately.States they are not telemarketer or Time Share sales.And she is AWARE of "Do Not Call List" rules. I'll BET she is, because once you contact them,you LOSE all protection you have under this law.Do NOT answer when his number shows up on your caller ID.Do not call these people. This is just a big scam.Every time a natural disaster hits in America and people lose homes and esp Cars, these slugs crawl out from under rocks to try to scam anyone they can. Report the number to National No Call List and to Comcast Phone of Illinois who is 773-891-5591's service provider. (I looked it up on Whitepages.com then did reverse lookup.)
They called at 6:54 a.m. and left no message. We screen our calls but do not like getting the annoying calls. Going to get this scam stopped.

Got the same call except the name was Christopher....gave the same exact message as Patrick did...they are a telemarketing outfit....if you call them back, then you can't claim to be protected by do not call list..........

I think they are a bill collector, my machine answers it and they leave the "you won" crap so I can call them back and they know they have a live number.

Funny thing though, even though I won this great "prize", they never mention my name during the call...

Patrick left a message on the answering machine but a lot of the message was too soft and/or garbled to understand.  There was something said about the call was made as a result of a form that was filled out.  He said this was the last attempt to give notification and to call the toll free number 1-877-279-3457 (I think).  He said congratulations and again said he was Patrick.  He did say it wasn't a telemarketing or time-share call.  However, since I couldn't understand more of the message I'm not sure about trying to call the toll free number.

When I answer, they state they have the wrong phone #.

It's a scam claiming that you've won a car and they know you're on the "Do not call" registry.  (yeah I did hear that part when they left the message on my answering machine.
