Caller ID says 'Democratic'. No message

Received call on day before election day...11/5/2012...ID was "Democratic"...out of Chicago by the area code...I am in NEW YORK....I answered and no message was played...just the call and silence...just like the party the ID showed on my phone.....

Received call on 11/5/12 at 9:15 am...I am located in Upstate NY...has to be the Chicago Democratic Machine working is campaigning across the nation...But why NY....NY is a Dem State...are they in fear of something that they need to spend money and efforts in a Blue State?

I received the same message on 11/5/12 at 9:15 am....Nothing to do with anything about your local election and a socialist....I am in upstate New York...unless they are spreading out their work from Chicago..to NY.

Call came in with Democratic name and this number. I am on a do not call list and no political party
is supposed to call. I did not pick up the call for that reason.

Rcvd call from this number with my caller ID stating 'Democratic' which was obviously a CROCK. I answered and heard a vile msg about candidate Switalski being a socialist. (Like that's a bad thing - I'm sure they don't even know what a socialist is, the idiots.) So did Lisa Liess (sp) send these out? I imagine she did - so I did not vote for her and spread the word quickly to my Michigan email list. She LOST - yeah!!!!!
I too returned the call several times to hear the same msg about do not call list and marketing B.S.

received a call from this number at 5:56PM on 7/16/2012 but didn't answer as the area code was unfamiliar though no message was left while I have received other calls from this number so likely unwanted/unwelcomed spam/telemarketing or political call

received a call at 5:56pm on 7/11/2012 from this number but didn't answer since the area code nor number were familiar but when trying to return the call later in the evening an automated message played stating to press 1 to be removed from their call list for special marketing promotions which is a crock since I have long been registered on the federal Do Not Call Registry and this year on the State of Florida No Call List
