Keep getting called from this number. You always get a message, and when you call back you get some scum bag guy trying to convince you that he is from your local police department union and wants you to donate. If you don't he threatens you. I just told him that our local police department has put out notices that these calls are frauds and I will give his number to my chief of police to contact him directly and asked for his name. He must have mistakenly disconnected us.....scum bag!
AND the same number calls my house nearly every day.

Missed this call. Called back and was told to call back on the number originally contacted on. That is the number I used.

I called Polic Benevolent Assoc, ICOPS, Ill Police Assoc and 2 other names that these miscreants have given me when they call... all to learn that IT IS A SCAM!! The police are not collecting for anything... no one, and certainly not widows & orphans of police ofcrs killed "in line of duty"!! The cops I spoke with at legitimate police stations/offices... had already heard of these scammers... but haven't been able to stop them. I was told to report them to the FBI because it's WIRE FRAUD over phone line to collect RE law enforcement fraud... which is FBI or other Dept of Justice jurisdiction. I did just that!! I hope they will be prioritized soon... so that they are out of business with lies about helping financially needy families.

They claim to represent ICOPS and fundraising, but never stop calling. I made the mistake of donating for the unfortunate kids going to the circus (but I believe this was bogus)!
Why won't they stop?.. They call at all hours and just did on Sunday!
