I got 48 calls yesterday and they were from 19 different numbers and I am getting hit with more call today. I stopped answering then after awhile because I figured they were the same kind of calls that they were trying to sell me. A personal loan and a few of the calls there was no one there when I answered the phone

I was going through this all week. The last time they called me was this morning. I answered the phone cheerful as could be. As soon as I had an opening I said the following: "I'm happy to speak with you but in the spirit of full disclosure I feel obligated to inform you this call is being recorded". They hung up and my phone hasn't rang since! I'm actually looking forward the tiniest bit to the next chance I have to shut one another one them down!

I have been having fun with them - giving them gibberish answers, yelling nonsense at them, yelling "What?" over and over when they say something, answering and putting the phone down, etc.  I'm noticing the number of calls are diminishing from like 50 to 1 or 2 since I started doing this.  

this guy has called me from this number and many others asking for fred and making sexual innuendo towards me all week I have filed a police report.

This number has been calling me all day.
I answered one and it no one was there at first then I got connecting to a loud and busy sounding call center. The guy that spoke to me had such a heavy accent that I didn't understand him so I told him he must have the wrong number and hung up.
But the calls just keep coming.

Contact your phone carrier. They can block that number.

A foreign man asks for me by name after 6 calls today, I told him he has been reported and his reply is "I want to lick your P***y, I told him you are being recorded he said "you like to hear again yes".

Who are these people? They call me from Chicago and New Jersey both

Have received several calls from this area code.  NEVER answer.  They don't leave messages.  Any time I receive a call of this type I put them on my reject list.  Thankfully my phone has this capability.  I also report them to the FCC.  I'm on the "DO NOT CALL" registry... but these people know how to get around this, I suppose.  It's annoying... wish there was something that could be done.

I have not answered this number as I know no one in this area code.

No reputable lender will lend you money over the phone.  Prepayment fees for loans are illegal in most American states.   This is a total scam.   There's no loan and you will lose any money you send them.

If you have to borrow money, your best bet is a brick and mortar institution that has been around for a while.    Personally I'd stay away from making on-line applications for loans because you don't really know the state of the lender's cyber security and you don't really know if they are even legitimate.  

These are total scams.

This man has called here the last two weeks every 20-30 minutes telling me I was approved for $5,000 loan and if gave him all my checking account info he could deposit within 45 minutes. He even said he could Western Union it. I said yeah, you gonna scam me out of it aren't you? He said no I want to f---k you, I am in Chicago and can be at your house by 4!!!! I called attorney generals office and filed complaint. About all you can do, told all the different numbers calling every half hour are the same people or rather man, here are some of the numbers, so you know they are scams!!!! 618-944-8840, 417-983-8520, 312-788-9411, 786-462-3381 and 773-741-7530. I have finally got to where I just dont answer, they hang up when my answering machine picks up. Just never give out any important information, bank info, social or even work address. Be smart!

I believe that one of their sources is employment websites.  I never had a problem with this type of call until I posted my resume.  My experience is similar... they are offering payday loans.  In their mind it may make sense that if you're out of work, you'd need money... although I'm not sure how many people are falling for it but they are certainly persistent.

I never applied for loans and 2 of those numbers call me everyday

I've received calls from 302-683-1403 who said they were from Fast Cash Inc. they said that I am approved for a $4000 loan with 10% interest rate and a 24 month repayment @ $200.00 per month. Said that I need to take 10% of the loan amount $400 and go to CVS or WALGREENS and set up a virtual account that they will provide the account number. Once it's set up then they will deposit the $4000 into my checking account. I contacted my bank who says that once you set up the virtual account they wont deposit the $4000 they will say the loan was not approved and you need to provide more cash into your virtual account. My bank says you don't need to withdraw any money to get a loan approved. As much as I was enticed by the loan offer I did not proceed.

Three calls yesterday, three this morning within 15 minutes.  I am on the do-not-call list and have reported the numbers they are coming from, but they just use a different number.  Never have left a vm, and I won't answer.  Blocked these numbers on my phone, but again, they just use different numbers and call again.

These scumbags offer you a loan of what ever amount.
I messed with them for a little while  .
They try to get your bank info then they try to get you to "secure" your first payment on a Vanilla visa card.
The take the money off of the card and ask for more
If you look at the scammer reporting sites some of these poor clowns gave them the money .
Then they make up some excuse about the bank or the FTC and have the nuts to ask you for more money to get the problem cleared ..  

They are just Scumbag thieves. Hit ignore and eventually they go away .

Same as all of the other post on here. Indian Accent, changes his name every time he calls, cusses you out, then hangs up and keeps calling.

The same 773 number keeps calling me trying to get me to put money on a greendot card and send it to them for a loan.

Remove me from all call lists.

I been getting these call  773-945-1696 ,363-132-36373 (from china), 877-237-0512 ....its all day long ...sometimes I get a vm sometimes I don't I didn't apply for a loan in the last 6months nor a payday loan either....I been on indeed and vec.gov looking for a better job but the vm's I get are about futhering my education and I did not agree to be called by anyone.

This fool asked me to buy him a money pack card. I am not spending my hard earned money to do this. I was taken a few weeks ago by another person like this and I ended up with nowhere to live because work was slow for a few weeks following a broken foot and a few medical issues. I gave the guy my last $200 to "verify funds" & they took the money after saying I would not have to pay it.
I have not fully recovered. I have had to stay here and there to stay off the street

Got numerous calls from this number, they tell me I applied for a loan, I did not, told them many times to stop calling, they keep calling - calling the police.  773-9451696  and 596-1404.  

Your best defense is to reject the calls without ever answering. They are only interested in phone numbers where they actually get a real person. Screen and Reject all calls like this, they change their numbers so be careful! I screen all calls and never answer unknown or private callers. If someone leaves a message I can choose to call them back. These thieves have no interest in leaving messages. I have not filled out an on line application, which is where they say they got my number. It is big business for people to sell your information!!!

don't ever apply for a loan of any kind on line unless you know the company you are dealing with
