Check your phone bills. There may be charges billed through your phone for the call back, especially if it is an international call back number.

I answer they hang up very annoying.

I get calls from 773-945-5517, and I just block these scammers from my phone.

my mom is an elderly woman who received a call from 773-945-5517,  a caller claiming to be TTS Consulting. My mom told the caller she was not interested and hung up. This has been a month ago and she has been receiving 2 to 3 calls a day from this same number and of course the caller hangs up. My mom told me about these calls, I immediately called the number 1-773-945-5517 to ask them to stop harrassing my elderly mother and got the same 'goodbye' before even being able to talk to anyone or even hear a ringtone for that matter. I called from my cell and my home phone and got the same response on either phone. I googled the number and found how to call and speak to someone, the Peerless network, NOC 2 and spoke to a representative who told me that TTS consulting is a client of the peerless network, and there is a do not call list he would place my moms number on and to give it 24 to 48 hours and if the calls do not stop to call him back, He gave me a direct number to call. We will see,we will see.

They call me daily. I have my ring tone for this number set to a duck quack so that I can get a smile out of it. I've noticed that I have had to increase the number of quack ring tones to about 150 different SPAM and telemarketers numbers in the past few weeks. It's like a virus but it's people and robot directed. There must be a way to stop these people who are oblivious to the donotcall. list. Verizon is useless in this matter and so are all of the other service providers. So is the government (completely useless!). I'd like to have an automatic reverse call dis-abler somehow. If someone could make a working code for that, they would become a millionaire over night!  I can dream between the quacks. Ha ha!

Several times a day...just says "goodbye"

This number spontaneously just keeps calling my phone and when  I call this number it continues to say Goodbye

numerous calls from this number , totally disturbing  never anyone at the other end.  I call back and it is a recording that says "goodbye"

Look up the number for the FTC and call FTC and report these people

I did some research. This IS a mobile phone assigned to a company called TSCONSULTING. The carrier is Peerless Network of Illinois LLC - IL. Could not find a physical address though. Maybe if we ALL call Peerless  (312) 506-0920, and complain, the carrier will shou them down? In the meantime, I just blocked the number from ever calling my phone.

These morons call several times a day starting from the early morning. I don't answer strange calls and they never leave a message. Very annoying.

I received a call from this number and when asked who is calling they hung up.

I got three calls from this number within 20 minutes. The caller hangs up before going to voicemail. So I just put a block on my cell phone for this Number and they can never get through again. Saves lots of headaches

I don't answer out of state calls and I have had 2 calls today from this number TTS Consultants showing up on my caller ID . I am a Senior Citizen and don't need this harassment .

this number keeps calling several times everyday. I called back and all I get is a comment "goodbye". There should be someway to have legal means to either have this number fined or disconnected.Any suggestions?  This is the type of harassment where you want to find the address of this land line and personally confront them and take care of business face to face in means of whatever is necessary. It's being worked on presently.

Does no good to complain.

Morons will not quit.  I called the number back and all I hear is Good Bye and the call does not disconnect.  I wonder what they are managing to steal when you call back.,

After 45 minutes on the phone with this guy, the company name is BizSystemNow.net (not .com) selling opportunities by area to sell Visa/MC services to start-up companies.  No online complaints that I could find on ScamWatch but the company is only 3 months old, so I assume they are boldly going hard-core robot-dialing.  Since I gave him my time to hear his schpeal, I'm hopeful that he has removed me as a contact, once I said NO.  

Pain in the butt...keep getting calls from this number every hour on the hour...I AM FED UP!!!!

I have got 5 calls from them today, every time i call back to see who it is it says, "good bye" so the next time they called i answered, all i said was"good bye" and hung up.

They people call every day repeatedly despite being told not to call. They won't let you talk to a supervisor or remove you from their harassment list

Thanks for letting me know what this is.  I have received 10 calls from them in the last 2 days but have never answered because I figured it was a telemarketer of some sort since they never leave a message.  The caller block doesn't work at all.  I always get solicitation calls.  They are calling me right now as I type this actually.  How funny

THE NUMBER 773-945-5517 KEEP CALLING ON MY CELL PHONE, AND WHEN ANSWER, NO REPLY. NEED TO KNOW WHO, AND WHAT BUSINESS  IS CALLING. IS IT ONLY PERSON, OR IS IT A BUSINESS NUMBER TOO. IF SO WHY ARE THEY CALLING I, AND WHAT ABOUT.

I keep receiving calls from that number everyday but nobody responds when I pick up the phone. If I call that number back the only response I get is goodbye.
