Caller (obviously a recorded announcement) begins, "Hi my name is Dan and I've been cleaning carpets for..." at which point I simply hung up. It's an automated robot. Attempting to return call simply gets the "call cannot be completed as dialed" message from the phone company. I use T-Mobile cellular and am already on the national Do Not Call Registry, for all the good that does.

If you wait to the end of the message, there is an option to "Press 8 to be removed". I pressed 8. Hopefully Dan the Carpet Guy won't call back.

Got a call from that number and two others today on my cell. I didn't pick up and no message was left. I'm registered on do not call list so I don't know why these individuals are caling for. Weird. Called it back and it said that the number cannot be completed as dialed.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number today around 3:15pm. I didn't answer because the number showed on my caller id as +017739765857.
That seemed strange to me so I was leery. No message was left.
