This is the Chicago Police Departmentm, and we ARE investigating this incident.

This number was also used in addition to 774-200-4330 and 774-200-6556 by a Tom Flanagan/Carla Flanagan/Donald Spencer who operates a sublet scam. This person changes his name often, but it is nothing but a scam. If you are dealing with this person, do not send any money and contact the local authorities.

This is the new phone number being used by Tom/Carl(a) Flanagan who advertise sublet or temporary housing on properties they don't own or don't exist through Craigslist. You will see other complaints under his old phone number 744-200-6556.
