Sam Rosen keeps calling my cell and my place of employment threatening me on nothing, and won't give any information, but send him money.  I contacted the local Sheriff's office and they have millions of calls about this number and (215) 302-3662 (501-313-1403 and many others. They said to contact the Federal Trade at www.ftcomplaintassistance.gov\       to file a complaint and your local Attorney Generals office.

What kind of lowlife, scum sucking, dirt bag calls an 86 year old woman in a nursing home and lies to her about who he is to get someones phone number?    SAM ROSEN or whatever name he is going by this week!    This guy continues to call our home harassing us, so why does he need our cell phone to do the same?    If he were not so far away I would track him down like the animal he is!    The best part of this story:    THE BILL HAS BEEN PAID WEEKS AGO!!!!!!!!!!

Just called but we did not know the person he was looking for.  Very annoying, same ploy, acts like he is a personal friend of the person he's calling.

this guy calls and calls. he acts like he is an acquaintance, stammers and uses first names.Once confirmed who hes talking to he gets angry and mean.Scared my kids plenty. Has not identified what company he collects for, just yells,
