This man with an indian accent was calling my place of employment numerous times, as a result of this I no longer have my job. He is asking for my social security number and date of birth, which I refused to give him. He also threatened me and when I asked for a supervisor he refused to let me speak to one. How do I stop this from happened? He never said what company he was with.

He keeps calling my job, saying that I owe them money, which I don't....his name is Jeff Scott. Saying he want to speak to my supervisor which they don't have anything to say to him.

I get these calls also. They are claiming that I took out a payday loan from advance cash. I do remember taking out a loan but have included this in my bankructy.  I think this is how they got my info, because it was an online payday loan. These people would not listen. They just keep calling my cell and job. I'm am going to call the corporate office to try and find out more info., but in the meantime I'm going to report this to the ftc. If they didn't have my work number I wouldnt be so concerned, it is so embarrasing when they call my job. I really think that online payday loan is how they got my personal info. I hate this and will never ever ever take out another online payday loan again, I've learned my listen. Please Beware.

But I would not suggest calling them from a number that they don't already have as that is how they will continue calling you.

This person has called every day for a month straight when he does not get the answer he wants he calls consistently for at least an hour. we have started placing each call either on hold or mute, this seems to lessen the length and number of calls we receive.

Next time they call you give them a forwarding phone number to the White House.  Maybe if they call the White House like they call your work, they will put an end to these calls.

He calls from so many different #?s saying that if I do not pay he will file a legal court complaint against me, get me arrested, and even get me fired from my job if I do not pay the monies he claims I owe.

If everyone on this lists calls them as much as you can with your phone on mute and dont say a thing...and when they hang up call right back....even if you only do it ten times and everyone does it then they will have to stop. I went on break at work and called them at least 50 times in a row and they stopped calling my work the second I started doing it. So let's drive them crazy!!!! turn it on them. They are obviously not a proffessional business.

i was hass by this guys, yesterday a my wrk , he called 300X , at my work , I had my supervisors talk him, he cursed out every person in the office claiming to be calling from legal Massachusetts loss and Compliant,calling from #774-463-0467 , when my supervisor told him to stop, and under the FDCP this is against the law, he used fol language, Me and my son did some reseaech and found that this guy lives in Marloborough , MA, ,off Essex st , and i am Contacting the Marboroough, middle sex county police Dept, And report to them.

I have received 118 calls from this guy in the last hour. he refuses to stop calling. He refuses to tell me his company name. He just claims that he is calling from Minnesota and that it is a pressing legal matter. He then says that the police are on their way to my job to arrest me on felony charges. I asked him what address they were coming to so I could be waiting outside and he could not even give me my address. This guy is a fraud and needs to be sent back to india or wherever he is from.

This man has called our job looking for someone named Reginald here and we have told him repeatedly that he does not work here and he needs to contact him some other way and he continues calling us all day and harassing us.  He used the name of Terrance Walker, but this man has a very heavy accent which means he is not from the states, so his original name would not be Terrance Walker.  The more you tell him to stop calling the more he calls because it gives him a thrill obiviously.  He also gets rude and makes comments saying he will tie up your lines and etc.,.  The police from what I understand say that there is nothing they can do.  Its also hard to trace him because he calls from sooooo many other numbers.  The need to find him and send him back to wherever he came from.

got a pre-paid phone for my Granddaughter who is 10 years old. He keeps calling even though I informed him this was a child's phone. keeps using up her minuets. this guy is a jerk and is probably being paid by some collection agency who outsources to India.

Just received a call from this number.  Said his name was Dominic ___?____.  Stated he was calling from and investigation department in Massachusetts, a complaint was filed against a person who works at our company and he needed to talk with that person.  Very heavy indian accent, so heavy I was surprised he said his name was Dominic.

A male w/heavy accent claiming to be a Gary MCkkoy. Company name is DFF which stands for detection of financial fraud. He claims it is a legal matter and that i need to pay him to take care of this matter. He calls repeatedly and also calls my employer. He threatened me by getting me fired and stated will not stop calling until i pay. This is clearly a scam. Do not give in.

"Terrance Walker" repeatedly calls for am employee who works in the field. When he can't reach the employee, he calls all lines over and over and ties up our phones for at least 10 minutes.

Calls coming from blocked number asking for an employee here.  Extremely vulgar and threatening personal harm to this person as well as the place of business. Demanding money to make it stop. Is able to tie up at least 6 simultaneous lines and is able to place a new call about every 3 seconds.

I am the receptionist at a machining co. David Miller , I know that isn't his name. calls every day I have asked him to stop. He will not. I called the number back to speak to a supervisor the reply was from a very unprofessional lady called herself singing in the phone that she was the supervisor. I asked that the number be removed instead they call back on all lines. We are company  is there some way this can be stopped.

received multiple calls from this number from a guy named David Miller. Threatened to get me fired and threatened harm towards me.When I talked with him and told him to call my attorney he told me to grow up and take care of this and that he was going to harrass me until I gave in. He told me that there was nothing that I could do about it and I would have to listen to him. I hung up on him on my cell# but he has called my office multiple times and keeps hanging up. Please help. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC but what else can I do? Any advise would be appreciated.

He called my office yesterday and screamed at my boss.  Then he had a flunky calling my number for him - she put my number to show up on caller I.D. and called multiple times = redialing while I was talking to her.  She was rude and made kissing noises on the phone telling me to call Mark Obenon.  I must have received 100 calls before she stopped.
